Went to leave a review and see now I’m not alone!! Never experienced such abysmal service from any labcorp anywhere! After driving an hour and fasting for 16 hours I was told at arrival that their systems were down and they couldn’t make the draws. As a one off I’d understand but this is the third time I’ve attempted to have fasting labs at this location in the last year just to have it cancelled at appointment time. I’m pretty sure given mine and countless others experience here that this location has a systemic issue that should be addressed by Labcorp directly. Schedule your labs anywhere else the reviews are not exaggerating!!!

My husband just went there and they were closed. Says they open at 7 and it’s 7:36 now. 3 people were waiting trying to get in. Now he has to turn around and drive to Mount Vernon instead. He only went there because they open 30 min before the other one. Now he is fasting and has to wait to eat because these people can’t be on time to open. After reading reviews this is a recurring thing for them to not be on time and miss appt times.

Couldn’t get appointment for over a week
Then they couldn’t find my lab orders.
Place was dirty. Gal couldn’t find the vein multiple pokes. Horrible

DO NOT GO HERE!! Front desk attendant who also drew my blood had visible symptoms of a cold and was not wearing a mask. She also dropped a blood vial on the ground and didn’t clean it when she picked it up.. she also didn’t know which tests were included a comprehensive metabolic panel, which my healthcare provider said was strange. I’m writing this ~30 after my appointment and the wound still hurts, post blood draw pain has never lasted this long. Overall kind of sketched out. Also they do not pick up calls, even from healthcare providers. My provider faxed my order three times and they “didn’t receive it” the first two, they only got it when my provider started sending them 3x a day. This is my first time writing a review, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a healthcare facility than I have here. front desk attendant needs to be fired. Do not come here

I had to come here for a pre-employment screening and made an appointment since it had to be done in a certain amount of time. when I arrived there was a sign saying they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances. this was frustrating as even though they had my email and phone number and had contacted me previously to remind me of my appointment, they didn't reach out to let me know that I wouldn't be able to have my appointment when scheduled. when I called the customer line to see if they had any other locations, they hung up on me. I totally get things happen but this was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience

Walk ins are not welcome. Tried to make an appointment on Website, doesn’t work. Tried to call and make an appointment, doesn’t work, went home and tried on a computer, doesn’t work, can’t test without appointment but can’t make an appointment. Not really sure what I’m supposed to do I need this for a job.

Don't recommend choosing that they text you from your car when you check in as I heard the lab tech say oh Jessica must have left while I was sitting in the lobby and no text sent to my phone.

Pre enrollment drug screen hours aren’t posted (until you arrive and see them on the window)
Walk ins are accepted, unless they aren’t. They’ll post that on the window too. Pretty terrible system, call ahead.

First time having blood drawn at this location and the phlebotomist was really friendly and got me in and out quickly prior to my actual appointment. Easy parking, no issues at all.

I came in for a pre-employment drug test at about 4 PM and was told that they stop doing them at 3:30 PM. I was understanding and told them I would be back the next day. I came the next day at 11:38 AM and was told that they stop drug testing from 11:30 until 1:30….I understand that there are policies in place, but I really wish that this was anywhere to be found on the website or that they hold told me that the day prior. I live rurally and had to drive approximately an hour to this location. Not to mention, I spoke to the same lady at the front desk both times and she could have at least let me know the first day I showed up! Very aggravating overall. I would not recommend this location at all.
