I can see how this place could be understaffed, but I've had an amazing experience regardless. My doctor messed up the order and I got very frustrated. The LabCorp staff was so nice and cheerful, and she went above and beyond to help sort things out and get my tests done. I feel I might not get so much help or get things done at another location. She is the most patient and compassionate staff I have ever encountered! Would give six stars if I could :)

Not necessarily the location's fault but the company: I have an outstanding bill I've tried to pay twice now, and as of now, I've been sent to internal collections. The website is marked as suspicious, so I called in to pay with a card that had adequate funds, and they continue to call me and send me bills that I am legitimately trying to pay. This is infuriating; my health care is already a bureaucratic nightmare without having to hound a company to take the money I am begging them to take so this bill can be cleared from my list. Either take the payment I'm making or clear the debt.

I must not be used to the 'new' way of doing lab business as I'm used to checking in with a person when I get my regular blood draws for my Type 1 Diabetes. When I walked in, while there was a reception desk, I completely missed that the 'receptionist' was an 8 1/2 x 11 sign, which the tech there pointed out to me was referring me to a tablet attached to a kiosk-y thing. My brain echoed with visions of Idiocracy, and I walked out. I thought maybe Quest would be different, but they're both the same (actually, to be fair, I do have to give Labcorp the slight advantage over Quest as Quest didn't even have a human visible..)While my insurance only 'covers' Labcorp or Quest, .. I decided it was worth it to just go to my Family Care Network lab and pay whatever extra to have the personal service I expected.

I finally found the new location of Labcorp, after driving to the oldlocation and spending time of the phone, with a "Dummy Male Voice" ......no "human" answering the phone. I left two messageswith NO REPLY!! When I finally got to their new location........it was as I expected.......only ONE STAFF MEMBER! Poor Gina was doing the work of three people, possibly four. With all she had to deal with, Gina remained very pleasant and efficient. Gina not only deserves "triple pay", but also more staff assistance.

I’m giving it a ‘2’ rating only because the person drawing my blood was really good. Otherwise a zero. I have a 24 hour sample I had to do at home then bring back. For 2 days now the lab has been closed. Can’t reach anyone by phone and messages go unanswered. By tomorrow my whole collection sample will not be good. These are expensive tests and now I won’t have results in time for my Dr appointment. Not to mention the 20 min drive each way for 3 trips now. Not sure I will trust any of my results.

Great phlebotomists, but I went in for a blood test twice. Twice in a row they threw away my blood sample at the main lab instead of processing it. This isn't the fault of this little drawing hub of LabCorp, but the overall laboratory itself. If they can't even figure out their own sample processing, I don't know how much I would even trust their results.

Janet and colleague were friendly and accommodating. They will accommodate patients in order and willing to help for re-scheduling too. The clinic seem clean and used sterile techniques for getting labs.

Gina was tremendous! Blood draws have never been my favorite, but this experience was quick and painless with friendly service.

This location is now closed. It has moved 6 minutes away to 450-B Birchwood Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225, United States. I had quick friendly service at the new location from Janet;) Bloodbdraw and drug test with no appointment. In and out in 30 minutes.

Went for my appointment and was brought back right away. Not only was the process smooth and effortless but the lab person, Gina was absolutely phenomenal!! I usually have to get poked multiple times but she was able to get my blood the first try! This has NEVER happened before! Not only was she just super sweet, she was also very informative and professional! I have to say she is The Best!!Highly recommend this Bellingham LabCorp!!

There was only one person working, Nedia, and she was so sweet. Made the long wait time worth it. This place needs to hire more people and reward Nedia greatly.

Don’t bring your baby or young toddlers here. I came with my baby for a routine blood draw and the lab tech was unskilled at getting the needle in but after a few minutes was finally successful then while drawing blood they let the needle fall out which resulted in having to do the other arm. They couldn’t find the vein after a few minutes and I finally got up and left with my poor sobbing child and no blood draw for the results we needed. The second lab tech watched the entire time refusing to try even when the other one kept asking for them to take a turn. I asked if they get many babies in this location and they agreed not often. Save your child and yourself the headache and choose a different Labcorp location.

The staff themselves were friendly, but the company itself is incompetent and and unprofessional. The phlebotomist was seconds away from drawing my blood before they realized they didn't have the right tests in their system and were about to run tests for the wrong thing. Also impossible to get a hold of.
