I have to give a huge shout out to the people here, it’s rare to find such professional and knowledgeable individuals who genuinely care about their customers and the work.
We hauled out for a rudder repair and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional.
Local people who know what they’re doing, care about the process and do what they say, when they say. I’m just totally impressed and grateful.

We hauled out in June 2025 and had an excellent experience during our almost four weeks of work.
Mark , the yard manager was very accommodating and kept us on track as these days doing boat work had many environmental issues to deal with. He did not just enforce these tight regulations but helped us get it right and get our work done (great to work with - thank you Mark!). Also Blaine and Derrick were knowledgeable and helpful with our Ranger Tugs R29 haul-out and handled our boat perfectly. Also, there is a very friendly community of boat industry businesses nearby, and all of this was a huge help and so convenient. We will definitely haul-out again at The Landings at Colony Wharf!

Best place to pull your boat out and do work in the Bellingham Pacific Northwest area. The guys that run the yard are the best, and so professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

A very bad experience with Colony Wharf. I had my boat hauled and picked up by a transport company. The communication through the office between myself and the trucking company was very poor. The trucking company was told one thing and I was told something else; multiple times. Also, Mark the yard managers anger and demeanor seriously lacks professionalism. I will never use this them again.I have to choose a one star rating, but would choose no stars if that was an option.Service: Boat trailer service

Terrible experience with Colony Wharf. I scheduled a haul out of a boat weeks in advance. Just hours before the haul out, they called to say they couldn't haul out my boat without any reason given. I went down to the business to discuss and was treated in a rude and hostile fashion. Their equipment was in service clearly being used on other jobs. When I asked why I was just told if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I took time off work to do this haul out and moved my boat into Bellingham. So they have cost me time and money because they don't honor their commitments. It's unfortunate because they have limited competition. If you have to deal with them, buyer beware.

Very reasonably priced haulout yard that allows DIY with the exception of sanding.
