I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 4 years now or so and they use to be really great til the last 6 months I’d say. I have a problem getting my meds refilled every single month! I called on Thursday was told dr is out won’t be back til Monday, called Monday, dr was still out. They said they’d send it to her or whoever. So here it is Wednesday and I call first thing in the morning get told no worries we sent in the request to the dr. I call my pharmacy couple hours later, still need dr approval, so I call back. Again get pushed to a lady named abbey who was extremely rude to me on the phone, when I told her I was driving up there to speak to someone she said ok and hung up on me. Do not recommend this place I will be finding a new provider. Which sucks bc I really did like this clinic until all this. Definitely feels like they could care less.

Reading some of other reviews is shocking! I am giving the clinic 5 stars all the way from the front desk making appointments, the medical assistants checking me in and collecting info, the lab, the nurses, and especially my dr Suzanne Staudinger. They are each and every one professional, positive, supportive and very knowledgeable. I always get a quick response and follow up from tests. I am so happy I found their clinic.

Today I established care with Doctor Pafford and I couldn’t be any happier the entire staff is very friendly and the doctor really makes sure you understand everything and addresses all of your needs which is refreshing. After a few bad experiences with other doctors I’m more than happy to be under his care along with The rest of the staff.

Karmina ARNP did a great job with my annual skin exam. She answered all my questions and was very informational recommending products that were best for my skin type. Front desk staff was welcoming and the MA’s always had a smile. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had nothing but problems dealing with this clinic. Either they order the wrong tests or they completely miss the orders they’re supposed to process. Time and again this has been going on for 4 years. I’m looking for a new health care provider before I become crippled.

Office staff are not friendly. The soonest appointment they could give me for Dr. Brindle was 3 months out, so I booked it. Had an emergency a month later, she refused to see me. The week of my appointment, Dr. Brindle decided to take the week off. The next appointment according to the staff was almost a month later. Needless to say, she is no longer my doctor. I can't recommend a doctor who has no regard for patients, new or old. I guess I will find another primary.

No basic listening skills whatsoever on the front desk. Didn't even book an appointment because of how incompetent the front desk lady was. Called today 03/21/2023 to get an appointment asked if there were any availablities in the next couple days, lady on the phone said they aren't a walk in clinic..I said yes I'm calling to make an appointment, she then said again "yeah we aren't a walk in clinic". I said "yes, I UNDERSTAND I'm calling to schedule an appointment" she said... "Well we aren't a walk in clinic" at that point I felt like I was going crazy and asked if she was okay. She then asked me if I'd ever been seen here, I said no I just moved to the area she asked what my name was I told her she said, "yeah it looks like you aren't in our system" I said "YES I just said I'd never been seen there" she then read my name back misspelled even though I had spelled it twice for her. I then asked the question I had asked first, is there any appointments. She said "no" literally she could've saved all that BS and answered me the first time and I wouldn't have left a bad review on here. Y'all need to train your staff, this is coming from a licensed medical assistant, get people that have basic listening skills would be my first suggestion. Edit: she reiterated multiple times you aren't walk in yet the picture for your thumbnail on Google says "WALK INS WELCOME" maybe consider taking that down as well? Backwards clinic it's honestly embarrassing for you guys. How y'all ever got a 5 star review Is beyond me

Prompt, readily available for routine as well as urgent appointments. In -house laboratory has been great. In and out and phlebotomist is courteous and each one has been caring. They have returned my calls and messages through the app. Highly recommend!

Front desk ladies are rude... for some reason every time I have an appt there for myself and my kids they always give me the "Don't bug me" tone when I check in...They don't make you feel welcome at all.

The girl at the front desk is so very nice.Dr.Brindle was so wonderful listening to everything and making me feel so comfortable with my first visit.

A front desk lady in her 50's black hair was rude. i don't think she loves her job, she don't want to be bother by the patient's that come to check in. She needs to be kindly remove from the front desk she does not make the clinic look good. NOW Dr. Catherine, I had mix emotions with her.. she basically said for me to force my kids to eat whatever I make, and if they don't eat let them starve. I don't know what kind of mother she is or was, but I am one happy grateful mother, and i don't mind making my 2 kiddos 2 different meals atlongest they eat My Heart is Fulfilled.Dr. Catherine also said a comment that is not necessary she said"Mexican's, hispanics" ... Just a raicist comment. there was no need to add that to our conversation. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE. We just moved to Benton City and wanted to be closer, but NO WAY!! I will NOT be returning where i felt unwanted. I don't mind the drive to Tri- Cities.

The front desk lady is rude over the phone. I didn’t even step foot into this clinic because of her. I asked my provider to refer me to a different clinic. To the front desk lady, I’m sure you know who you are, learn some manners and customer service. To everyone else, go to a different dermatologist.

I recommend NOT going to the Benton City Walk in Clinic. Customer Service is Very rude. And they Judge you for having state insurance. Also they are NOT a walk in clinic.

I don't recommend this place they don't care about patients and they charge for visits i never made... They charge too much for what they do ? never will visit this place
