They want to pay you 19$ an hour for forklift operator but require you get a medical card and do a physical lol?? Never heard of that or had to do that for forklift.

Transported a large item across the country and held it until I could make it on my schedule. Better freight cost than most others I looked into. Very professional and worked with us. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This company delivered a 7/8 engine on its side, completely totaled. when i filed the claim for damages i have to file VIA email. i do not even get to talk to someone about the claim in person or over the phone. This claim is for over $30,000 and i have to do everything through email. i would not recommend this company at all for shipping.

This is a nation wide LTL pick up and delivery company. They can get any amount of product to and from your location. I have had some problems with damage to product in small quantities.

Ordered September 30, they damaged the shipment. It was re-sent. Reached Washington 2 weeks ago, the local office, 5 days ago. Still not delivered and no phone contact. Awful service.

Booked a LTL shipment with CT and had a published transit time of 7 days, shipment has been sitting at delivering terminal 17 miles away from our customer for almost a month, there trained response is we are an "estimated carrier" NOT FOR LONG use any other carrier

These guys have indefinitely held onto our package, going on 4 weeks now, claiming they can't deliver to our service are despite taking our package in the first place. We have a commercial address in the Yakima area. Nobody will respond to contact attempts, even our attempt to just pick up the package ourselves at the terminal. Extremely dishonest and deceptive busineess

Worse shipping co I have ever dealt with. Item was shipped from Wi on 7/26. Sat at their freight terminal in Ill for 6 days before they even began to ship it. Finally got to their terminal in Benton CIty which is less that 60 miles away on 8/6 and has been sitting there ever since. It's now 8/10. They will NOT answer their phone nor will they respond by e-mail with a delivery date. They also refuse to let me come to the freight terminal to pick it up. They have cost me $1000s of dollars in lost revenue with all of this. Even if it cost a couple of $$ more go to someone who will at least answer the phone.

The driver arrived at my location for delivery and in doing so damaged an legal height overhead wire. The driver was trapped by the hot wire and the utility lineman had to free him. I was left numerous bills from the incident and the Central Transport along with their insurance is refusing to pay despite 5 witnesses to the event. Central Transport, their employees and Cherokee insurance have been rude and dismissive. Disgusting business practices.
