I'm really confused I thought I had enough common sense but I guess not.but correct me if I'm wrong but in order for a carrier to say on her record that she attempted to deliver a package.dont you actually have to have the package with u that ur suppose to attempt to deliver..great job to the lady that delivers on sandy lane.

Terrible service! The “acting” post master couldn’t tell me why my package got returned for address issues when I have been at the same address and never had problems before. Guessing the carrier was being lazy and didn’t want to get out of vehicle to do their job. The package was a Medical item I waited over a month for and now have to wait over another month. Would not recommend this location at all!

Don't get your packages through them. I have received multiple, "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection." messages when I have never once made such a request. I am in awe that this location is still operational under its current management.This USPS location is a disgrace.

Constantly getting mail that isn’t mine, consistently not receiving my mail. Sent a bill out over 3 weeks ago, still hasn’t been delivered. So now I have a free range check which may or may not be delivered at some future date. Great job postal workers, must be really happy with your work performance.

Worst post office I have ever experienced. My mail is delivered to my neighbors boxes consistently as well as me getting their mail. Also they sometimes refuse to deliver packages for no apparent reason.

We had an appointment to get passports for my husband, myself, and our three children. Everyone there was great, but one woman especially helped us. I don't remember her name, but she was the only woman at the front desk. She was so patient and kind. We were not prepared and had to fill out our applications there. She helped us make sure all of the applications were accurate and double checked everything before sending it off. She even caught a missed signature and called to have us come back. If she hadn't caught that, they wouldn't have processed one of our passports. We had a great experience and my husband and I were so appreciative of everyone's patience and kindness!

I am a military veteran and receive my Perscription’s in the mail. Here lately my Perscription’s have been going to my neighbor, whom is also a military veteran. This is a very serious issue. Just yesterday I received my other neighbors mail, past due bill, by mistake. I have read reviews on this particular post office and this seems to be a re-accruing issue. I wish something could be done about this besides hearing, “ I am sorry”…

My dad and I walked in to ask about passport info. As soon as we walked in the gentleman behind the counter gave us a dirty look and looked away and continued to do what he was doing. He didn't once acknowledge we were there. We continued waiting and he once again gave us a dirty look. It wasn't until we came closer that he a stoodthere just looking at us and if it wasn't because I asked a question he wouldn't have helped us. When he did help us he was really rude. I didn't get to see his name, but he was a bald man. Very bad customer service!!
