There were 3 employees when I got here and a few people waiting. It has taken over an hour in here and I still haven’t gotten helped, one of the gentlemen left shortly after I got here and didn’t seem to care that all I wanted to do was make a payment and be out of here with in minutes but am still currently waiting for one of the two remaining workers to finish with their customers. I am not mad but I am dissatisfied with waiting for over an hour in here while one worker walks out with out helping and could have just taken 5 minutes to get me out of here and there are at least 5 more people before me in line

Shopping for phones on a rainy Friday stopped into Sprint at Wheaton Way Plaza, Edgar And Hezekiah were very helpful in suggesting phones and speakers with info on Product.

Worst customer service ever! My husband and I went in on Saturday to see about his phone and since the store was completely empty we figured they would have time to talk to us. We were very wrong im not sure if the person who helped us was a manager or not since neither of the 2 men were wearing a name tag however, they looked at it said yep its damaged handed the phone back and pretty much dismissed us. It took me prodding and asking questions just for him to look up the account told me the phone no longer has warranty and again dismissed us. This was very unprofessional they could have given us options on what to do or how to fix it but they were too busy worrying about being left alone. As soon as we can we will no longer be doing business with sprint if this is how they train managers or employees to treat their customers, incredibly rude and unprofessional lucky for them i wasnt A secret shopper.

went to the sprint store at the kitsap mall and they treated me horribly, decided to stop by at the bremerton location since i was in the area and the staff was great, Ivan was more than happy to help me out. I will tell every one i know to visit this location instead

Staff is extremely friendly and funny, sold me a phone and plan that fits my budget. And best of all they weren't pushy or trying to make a quick sale. I recommend anyone looking to switch to sprint, to visit this location.
