Poor customer service. Felt very unwelcoming, all three workers standing by the door. I needed to cancel my Wi-Fi service and return my modem. They were of no help, told me to call t mobile and after I asked for the number, they said to google it. Why couldn’t you actually help a customer? Wouldn’t recommend this location

Worst customer service.Girl employee with monroe piercing was rude and not listening.Skip coming here and see Kenzie at the kitsap mall location, she was amazing! Super friendly, listened to everything we brought up and seemed to actually like her job compared to the latter girl.

Manager Jake helped us navigate a transition from another carrier, going to great lengths to demonstrate that T-Mobile cellular services were not just available but actually superior at our rural island home, from which we work with clients online. We now enjoy faster speeds with an entirely wireless system for phones and internet at a substantially reduced cost (underscore, italics, bold font please). We ordered new phones as part of the transition, during which Jake and his team really impressed us with their cheerful professionalism and vanishingly rare diligence in following up our many questions and concerns. Thank you Jake and T-Mobile!

I have been a customer for years within the last 6 months I've had some issues with my paychecks and getting my bills paid on time with T-Mobile they have resulted in making it to where I cannot make phone calls I cannot send text messages or any of that but I am only 15 days late for paying my bill I called and made payment Arrangements but they have canceled my service T-Mobile is a garbage company and I am sick of using them I am only trying to find a way out now to get with a better phone company I do not recommend this company to anyone they are garbage they have been for the last 20 years and they will continue to be for the next 30 years

This T-Mobile is amazing, their service is absolutely fantastic. Their team and manager worked out something with my plan, I didn't know i was overpaying and credited me 150 dollars off my next bill. They guys are absolutely fantastic and very friendly. 100/10 I love these guys. :)

I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the service at this T-Mobile. The manager, Jacob, is just ignorant. I tried explaining to him that my cellphone arrived at his location and that it was received. Not only did he NOT provide me with my new phone, he told me to “eff off” and he doesn’t want to see me in this location again with threat of police. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable behavior

Josh Criswell was awesome! I needed to recharge (buy) a one month SIM card that I use when going to Mexico and then have all my cell phone calls forwarded to that one month recharged SIM card. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable!! KUDOS to Josh!!

I was in dire need of a new phone. Jacob, the manager, decided I didn't need a new phone and told me I'm unwelcome here. Where is upper management? Where is John, Jeff... etc. how can they let this person manage a store? Disgusted
