Skagit Hyundai has a modernized Service area and waiting room. Isabel did a great job explaining the service recommendations and offering a courtesy ride to the shopping and dining area of Burlington. Got my own work done, had lunch then Isabel called to let me know they were ready to pick me up. Great service!

Skagit Hyundai found the problem immediately, wheras after we took it to Seattle Hyundai twice and they couldn't fix the problem.

This review reflects Hyundai Corporate as much as the dealership. My 2023 Santa Fe has been in their service department for FOUR MONTHS. They needed a minor part, but that part was not available anywhere in the world. They're still using the excuse that it is due to the pandemic. And yet, they are designing and producing new cars and have those available.
Once the part finally came in, they installed it and it did not work properly. Now they have to order a different part and who knows how long that will take. My niece also has a Hyundai and had a window motor that needed to be replaced. It took a month for that part to arrive.
Another negative is that we were told to get a rental vehicle and that Hyundai Corporate would reimburse us for it. We had the rental for 16 days before the dealership provided us with a loaner vehicle. I submitted paperwork for reimbursement 15 weeks ago. Initially, I got a response, but now they do not return calls or emails and I have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
I recommend buying from a different car manufacturer.

We bought a used Hyundai Sonata from this dealer
While buying we were told that the car is in good condition and said that the previous owner was up to date with all services
Apparently they knew the car well.
6 months later at our first service we come to find out that the engine has ceased and the services were in fact NOT up to date.
No follow up , no accountability
They sold us the car took the money and this is where it ends
We got the service records after calling them multiple times and leaving multiple messages
Do not buy a car from these guys!!
