Before I joined Crossfit Mill town I had many preconceived ideas about what Crossfit was. My first time at Mill Town demonstrated everything I had imagined about Crossfit was incorrect. Brandon was both knowledgeable and professional. He was motivating and dynamic. After that first time I wanted to return again and again. As I have continued to participate with Crossfit Mill town it has become a sort of family. People who share goals of being better than they were the day before. Brandon and the rest of the coaches foster a culture of growth and respect. I would highly recommend checking them out!

It took a while for me to feel comfortable to walk back into a CrossFit gym. I’m so happy I did my research and found CrossFit Mill Town! It’s Clean, great workouts, awesome coaches and fantastic gym family

Best gym I’ve ever been in. After years of collegiate and professional sports, it’s nice to find a gym that pays as much attention to mobility and recovery as it does to getting stronger and faster.

Having a great time getting my butt kicked at their Bootcamp class! It's the best of Crossfit for me...none of the crazy lifting and stuff that use to stress me out. This is just a class that pushes you hard through fun stuff like wall ball, lunges, running, kettle balls and so much more! Great atmosphere, very knowledgeable coaches and fun people to motivate you to work harder. Hopefully I can walk normally next week...lol so sore. 🤣 ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

One of my favorite parts of Crossfit Mill Town is the family that comes with the gym. After having my second child, I joined for one reason -to lose weight. After a year at this gym, that is no longer a goal (although I did happen to lose weight). Crossfit Mill Town encourages each and every member to better themselves in whatever area that may be - from getting a Pull-up, push-up, running faster, lifting heavier or eating better.
