Voodoo Shrimp and salad were amazing. Our cocktails were also well crafted. Our kids were pleased with their burgers. We’d definitely go back.

My wife and I had a date night, and we were very excited to find the Shire was not packed. we love the selection of food, and the Martinis were perfect.We will return for another date night in the future.Food: 5/5

Nice and quiet the night we went. Had the jambalaya and the bacon burger. Food was good, played some cards and our waitress lacey, checked on us often.Food: 5/5

They had one person serving, bartending, and cooking. Everything was very good given that, but it wasn't all that good. They should have at least two employees on any given shift.Food: 3/5

The only thing disguising the musky taste of the mussel appetizer was the over-powering spiciness of the “thai infused” broth (that was in actuality thick glutinous coconut milk seasoned with an extreme amount of red chili pepper). Absent the broth, the mussels tasted dank.
Based on reviews, I anticipated a phenomenal cocktail. The Negroni on the rocks was 95% rocks. After removing 75% of the ice, the cocktail was tolerable. In a last ditch effort to redeem my lite meal, I ordered my favorite: dirty Tangueray gin martini. Two tiny sips later, I was convinced perfume with a few random chunks of ice would have been a better choice.
Service was awful too, everything thrown about and no hospitality whatsoever. As it turned out, I ate 3 mussels, 1/2 slice of bread and drank ice and two sips of perfume for $50. The waitress / bartender could not have cared less.

Came for a birthday. The food was delicious. The seed crusted Ahi was amazing. Everything we ordered was full of flavor, right temperature, came quick, and service was top notch.
We liked the fact that they had fewer tables. Less crowded and noise level was low. Enjoyed looking at architecture of the old building.

We had our Christmas party there and it was perfect. The customer service was phenomenal. Not to mention, they got us set up on short notice when another place canceled on us. The food was amazing! I definitely recommend the shrimp appetizers they had! Thank you to the whole staff for taking care of us. I definitely will recommend this place!

So we are from out of town.Called to make sure they were open because of potential ice on the roads. Went in cool place inside. Food was surprisingly good because of the limited kitchen they have. Drinks were done yummy style and peeps are cool. When we come through again we will stop in again.Food: 5/5

Food was tasty. Service was slow and we had to ask twice for water but when we told them we wanted a drink that didn't taste boozy, he said to trust him and he pulled through with a creamsicle and she loved it. The muscles were super tasty and had a little kick to them. Steak was tasty and the shrimp and scallops were cooked great, but under seasoned.

This restaurant is deserving of its high rating. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in the area. The food is expertly crafted with quality ingredients. Margaritas are made with fresh squeezed lime and 100% agave tequila. The service is engaging and helpful. It was a delightful dining experience all around.

Sam, Lacey and unfortunately I didn’t catch the cooks name but regardless all 3 were over the top amazing. This last Friday night my wife, our 4 year old and myself were out in the early evening to grab some dinner and do a quick grocery trip afterwards. All the usual places we’d stop at were over crowded and the wait times were ridiculous. Scrolled through maps and found this place and we are so glad we did! The food was unbelievably good, the service was fantastic and even the prices are great.We’re telling everyone about this place. And we’ll be back soon.

The food was delicious and fresh. The bar/restaurant was old school and has all the original wood from the early 1900's. Lacy is fun to talk to and is great at what she does. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

A lovely, old fashioned bar. I think the poor bartender/waitress/cook was taken aback when 8 of us came in at once but she rose to the occasion beautifully. Everything we had was very good.My only complaint is the menu. There are 4 or 5 different hamburgers but no descriptions and the names tell you nothing. I felt bad about having to have her recite the differences more than once.

I came in just after lunch the bartender seemed bothered I was there and bothered to answer questions about the menu.. she made me very uncomfortable I'll never go back..Everybody has a bad day watching a while but when you treat customers like this people need to know about it

Wonderful bar with an authentic Brunswick back bar. The food was quality from the lobster prawn dip to seared scallops. The perfect stop between Portland and Tacoma.
