Weekend person costing our business money. People pay for expedited shipping for a reason. Not delivering packages we paid to get is infuriating.

Can't rely on this post office at all. Postal workers that deliver the mail on Sundays picks and chose what houses she wants to deliver to and lacks to ability to deliver to a mailbox on the porch. Now not only do I need to worry about my personal ordered items being late or not delivered but now i also have to worry about the products for my business. Funny how your postal worker gets paid for not doing her job but costs me money by making my package late. But doesn't effect her bank or pocket so it could mean less to her. Find someone who actually considers the amount of money your paid that will enjoy the outdoors of the job. If you don't like the weather then pick a different job. Oh wait THE MONEY! you WONT so at least do your job!!!!!

Who ever the female driver is that delivers on Sunday has NOW NOT DELIVERED MY PACKAGE 2 DIFFERENT TIMES. its your job as a FEDERAL worker to do your job. Not my problem you dont want to do your job. I shop for groceries here and medicine and now my package is a day late because she had a problem with delivering a package which I dont know how she did i have a very wide open porch with no blockage to the mailbox. Now I have to work tomorrow amd won't receive this until well into tomorrow evening until I get home. How do I get this woman fired!!!!! The last package she even delivered to my house she left sitting in my front yard next to my flower pots she didn't even knock on the door. People still steal around here and she left a clearly labeled brand new BBQ sitting in my lawn.

Who ever the female is delivering on Sunday is terrible at her job! I understand it hot out but it's doesn't give her a right to sped down these roads and give people attitude.Arguing with one of our neighbors and pulling up at his house 3 times ( like a stalker) is just beyond unprofessional! We'll be filing a complaint! Thank you.

I am sorry others who have to use this post office have had bad experiences.
I lived there 5 years... nothing but awesome service. They knew my box # or address, name, if not busy, and saw me pass the large window, they would pull my parcels, sometimes help load, they would ask, by his name how my husband was, and one Christmas season, one of the workers offered to help put stamps on card envelopes.
I sure miss their smiles & helpfulness.
I live in another, smaller, community and the workers still do not know me or my box number, like Cle Elum guys did. Oh well...

I am constantly fighting with them about my mail/packages! They don’t care about their clients they do what they want. Their attitude is beyond poor just like their service.

The Cle Elum Post Office has always been very helpful with friendly staff. Downtown Cle Elum is really growing and they are doing a good job of keeping up!
