DRIVERS BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pure lazyness , Mske sure shipper wraps crap load plastic around products and pellets before loading pellets very good IF u don't the Bags of sand products will slide shift off pellets very POOR shipping they need to realize they will be sued for damages to the trailers, I wld strap every bag also if u have straps.Take pictures

First time here office staff is so nice real good place to load I think. Not sure how long it takes to get loaded though long line of trucks to load hasn't moved at all. That's OK though

Went in to order some stone veneer and was quoted a per square foot price, called in the next day to place the order and was told it would be $4 a square foot more to get expedited shipping and we would receive it in 3-4 weeks. Here is the email. Good Morning Shannon, It was great speaking with you today - a quote for the Merrillstone Alpina has been attached. There are no open orders currently in our system for the product. Should you wish to move forward, current lead time is 3-4 weeks from the date the order/deposit is placed. Rates quoted include expedited shipping to ensure you are receiving materials immediately upon availability from our supplier. Please let me know if there are any questions at this time, Shannon. I look forward to your reply! Lauren Tullos | Sales Representative I called them to ask the status of the order 4-1/2 weeks later and was told they had not received it yet and she would call the supplier and see when they would have it. A week and a half later I called Lauren back to find out what was going on. She called me the next day to say they would have it Friday and would call me when it was there. Today is Saturday and no call on Friday. Its now been just over 7 weeks since paying the deposit (which is full payment) and still no stone and the only communication from them is when i call them. I would cancel the order and found another supplier if I didn't have to pay the full amount up front. I have several friends and family in the masonry business and they all say since they changed owners their customer service and people with any knowledge of the industry is gone. My suggestion is DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, go to Empire stone or Mutual Materials.
