We have never had an issue till recently. We were told that we could put something in their vault and take it home after a payment or two. After making three payments that actually equaled the price of said item we were then told that it would not be able to be taken out of the vault. It makes zero sense when we have had higher prices items taken home for less. After this we will be closing the account and going elsewhere

Today I was walking through the East Wenatchee mall and stopped into Harry Ritchie’s to look at watches.I was greeted quickly by team and asked if I was looking anything in particular, by which I replied, casually looking at watches. I was shown the merch but wasn’t hassled, oversold, or disturbed while viewing their products. I very much appreciated this as it’s common in sales to hover and they most certainly did not!All in all, the convenience of location, prices, and pleasant staff has me due back for a purchase in the near future. I have the pricing, product details and timeline for me to save up.Great experience at Harry Ritchie’s today - thanks again team!

Love shopping there, every time I visit I am greeted with a smile. I’ve also had my jewelry checked there when I lost a diamond in my band and Kayla was even able to see where a prong had broken and help me get it shipped off to be fixed. Would highly recommend!

My fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring from Harry Richies and they have been nothing but amazing! The staff is always welcoming and ready to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. Customer service here is always phenomenal!

Do not buy your jewelry here, or get sucked into their fraudulent warranty. Terrible quality, diamonds fell out less than a week after purchase. Their warranty system is joke, still had to pay for the replacement diamonds when it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Go anywhere but here!!!!

Great customer service!! I bought an engagement ring that had to be sized up 2 and a half sizes, I guess 2 sizes up is free and it cost 225 for that extra half???!!! They called me 3 days after I bought it to ask if I wanted to pay the extra 225 to get it to the size I wanted. She was very sweet on the phone until I said no, I already paid 4,000 for the ring, I really don't want to pay anything more. After that she was very rude and said since the guy who sizes them had to stop what he was doing to see if I wanted to pay, that it would be 3 days later then when I told it would be ready. 3 days for a 5 min phone call???!!! I was really really upset after that. I only gave 4 stars cause Seaworth was an excellent salesman and they made a mistake on sizing and I actually got the size I wanted. Funny how that works
