Needed an old car towed off and Jarred was so nice and helpful, he came and towed it away the same day I called him!! Now that is service, will use Bird's for any more work we need done on our cars??

I took my truck into Birds for body and paint repair. The initial job was done to perfection except one area which I discussed with Jared and setup a return to finish the area of my concern. The final result was a job well done.

They did body work on car and did not finish the job and promised on several occasions to complete the job and they would call when the part came in. Now they refuse to finish the job. Said they have the part but are not going to Put it on because we've been angry with them. This has gone on for over 8 months

We'd stopped for a picnic lunch on our way home to Spokane from skiing at Winthrop and our car wouldn't start. Two nice young men from Bird's saw our hood up and swung in to help. They gave us a jump, said have a good day and were on their way. It was a wonderful, random act of kindness that made our day. Thanks so much for getting us quickly back on the road again!

The communication of the owner / employees is lacking. They never answer the phone or return calls. I dropped a vehicle off that I did not really care how long it took, however I was constantly told that it would be ready and when I showed up was told to wait another week. All in all it took 3 weeks over the time they told me but the biggest issue was they would not tell me when my vehicle was done so I had to just show up and ask (since they don't pick up the phone).I really wanted to support these guys since they are local and a family run place it seems. However after listening to the way the owner not only talked to me, but other customers as well. I would recommend you take your vehicle to Spokane for repairs.

My friend had went in to get their car fixed and supposively they couldn't help them. Over some incident that didn't even happen on the premises of the property or even involve the person accused. As well as vulgar language said to the individual trying to get their car fixed. Horrible service and I will be letting people know as well.
