Rude as hell. Assumed we were having others staying in the in our room because I asked him for 2 more towels because we walked in the room and it turned our feet black! He then said people can’t be on the property passed 8pm and it was 8:55. I told him I’d like to see where it says that because if he had let us know when we checked in I would have let my visitors WHO LIVE IN EPHRATA, to leave at 8pm. Then the owner proceeded to be more rude when he saw he was wrong because he saw my party leaving as he walked up to get my towels and my party was leaving at the same time! He gave me my towels rudely! Then after he realized he assumed wrongly he would be walking back and forth in the parking lot and looking up at our room! I will never stay here and he is a creep. I will following up with BBB and the city of ephrata.woman of color think twice!

This place is best place to stay. Manager is awesome. So peaceful place to stay. It’s take me back on my village. I really enjoy morning sunrise with my coffee.

This is an excellent priced motel. No frills; but I didn't need any. Clean, comfortable, located close to everything in area. Motel manager was outstanding! Accessible and checking on things every day. I don't get that service in a high end place.

The service was so bad and the manager came into my room and started yelling at me and my family to get out cause he had to go to Moses lake and do something, plus the bathroom is so small and disgusting, and the outlets didn't work, and there is no free wifi even though it says it has free wifi, no not recommend staying here at all.

Edit in response to owner: You proceeded to call me back to yell at me and tell me to retract my review. Not happening.
They do not open the door of the office, it stays locked. When someone finally opened the door I asked to book a room and got the door shut in my face by a lady with very heavy makeup and bangles. I guess they dont want customers. They made me and my young child stand outside in the cold. We left and found another hotel that was very welcoming and safe.

Room was dirty, and walls need to be painted and cleaned. Restroom small and the tub had some rust stains on it. The microwave stopped working and the outlet was bad, and sparked. Told the manager and he didn't seem concerned. No breakfast either. Do not recommend staying here.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM. We drove all the way from western Washington to go to blink 182 the room had no security locks on the inside of the door and a joining room that the door was blocked with a small refrigerator. The man at the front desk charged us the room and then after we woke up the next day to go home my daughter noticed another charge on her credit card for over 300$. Then when she tried to talk with someone there was no one in the office. Then she tried to resolve it with them, and they hung up on her and refused to answer her calls. This place was horrible I would have rather slept in my car then here. Avoid the hassle and stay somewhere else.

I would give no stars if I could. I booked theough Expedia who took a deposit. When i got to the motel manager said i didnt put a deposit down n charged me more than stated. The room was dirty the toilet would not flush and i had not used it yet. So the toilet paper was from previous person, the matress had red stains. I told the manager who was not in the office and had to wait to check in and get his attention when I had an issue. He said no refunds cause the room was fine. He went onto the room with me and tried to flush the toilet which didn't flush for him. He told me it was fine. The towel in the bathroom looked like it was already used. I showed him the bed he said I have blankets so the stains didn't matter. I was in the room for literally 2min before asking for a new room or refund n he stated we slept in the bed and took a shower so no refund. I did not take a shower and first thing I did was check for bed bugs. The manager started yelling at me saying no refund to call the owner. I asked for owners number he refused to give it to me saying it was a India number. I said give me the number I will call India. I'm in town due to family member being on life support and just wanted a clean room to sleep in. The manager refused to give me a refund even though I didn't use the room and told me to talk to Expedia who also refused to give me a refund.

Management is mean place is dirty and things don't work and then they will gaslite you and not give you your money bk don't go here seriously pick somewhere else sleeping in your car would be better at least you won't get bed bugs that way.... update... we left and stayed in Moses lake at a hotel much nicer and cheaper woke up to another charge from this hotel absolute scamers taking advantage of people.. we came out here for a family emergency last min and this guy made what was already a horrible time an actual nightmare after we already spent 22 hrs driving straight here I can't say this with enough emphasis go somewhere else and do not I repeat do not give these people your card information

CAUTION - this owner/manager is a crook! Made a last minute reservation over the phone while on a bicycle trip across Washington based on advertised “low” rate of $109. No confirmation was offered nor provided although he required me to text a photo of my driver’s license to him. When I checked in he charged $299 plus tax claiming it was a concert weekend at The Gorge (although there was no concert until the next night). To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and a plugged drain in the bath. When I asked to have this addressed, he simply dumped some drain cleaner into the bath and left. No follow-up or further effort to make sure it worked and it was still plugged the next morning. I had an early departure, so called the manager when I got home to try to negotiate a partial credit on the room and he simply hung up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - stay at the Best Western… much nicer and better rates!

Do not stay unless you want to be scammed! I stayed here and was charged $216 for a room with a king bed. I signed and received a receipt for this purchase, later I received another charge on my card for $317.. I never saw him at check out after waiting for a long time in the lobby.. me and and another person waiting left the keys on the counter, gave up and left. Now two days later both payments posted on my card and I was sent to voicemail when I called to get this corrected. Over $500 dollars for a night at this inn, you'd have to be out of your mind. Until they call me back and this is fixed this nasty review stays.
