I tend to be rather distrusting when it comes to my vehicles and mechanics. After getting several quotes at different franchises I randomly saw this shop on my way home and thought, why the hell not. One stop here and I honestly felt good about getting the work done. Mechanic was up front about what I needed and they even took the car in 1 hour before they closed, and stayed 45 minutes after their closing time to finish working on it. I left the shop with new brakes all around and it still stops like it used to and now without the grinding! Highly recommend going here if you need a trusting person. I will be bringing my vehicles here from this point forward.
Side Note: pay with cash, saves you a bit of money. They do accept card but the card reader charges a rather large fee. Im not complaining, cost of doing business.

The two guys that seem to run this place on a daily basis came across as sincere the first time I came in. when I called back to find out why my brand new headlight was already out only days after the repair, I was told by the soft spoken, long bearded mechanic that I could come and get my money back. when I showed up, the man at the front desk named "Jaimie," yelled at me in front of my young children, and told me that my car is "a crap car." He was so confrontational and explosive that he yelled at us, and walked toward us until we were out the front door. I sat in my car and spoke the person who had highly recommended that we use this repair shop. After about fifteen minutes of me sitting in front of the shop in my car, "Jaimie" came back out and gave me a $20.00 bill. I was so afraid of him that I signaled for him to leave the bill on the outside of my car because I didn't want to open my window after what he had done. He slipped it in my side view mirror. After this experience, I called and tried to get the owner's phone number so I could speak to him about the customer service I had receives, but "Jaimie", who always appears to be at the front desk hung up on me every time I asked to speak with the owner. After several days of this, I gave up and decided to leave a review. Months later, here it is. The Koltenbah family who referred me to this shop have used them for year, and highly recommended them. They have always worked directly with the owner, but do not know who "Jaimie" is... Perhaps he is new. They were also shocked that we were treated this way because the owner bends over backwards to help them, and his other customers... I will NEVER go back or refer others to All PRO Auto. I hope the owner of this shop reads my review so others don't have to go through what happened to my family.

These guys are GREAT. I've been using All Pro for many years now. When they repair something it stays fixed. They're prompt, honest, and very competent. They are frugal with the customer's repair dollars and don't try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. I won't go to a dealer for repairs any more except for warranty work.

Wifey's car has a brake light on. Indicating impending failure. I call after reading the other reviews. I speak with Rick. He takes some information from me and says he'll call back in less than a half hour with Two (2) estimates. WE are not sure if it is both front and back brakes that are bad. I get a very reasonable estimate from him in about 20 minutes. His guarantee is that he will give a written estimate and beat any other written estimate I can produce. I know how much the other shops are gonna try and milk me for a 3 series Beemer.
I bring the car to him about 9 am and within Four (4) hours I get a phone call to informing me that it is ready.
They show me the parts that are bad. They discuss the pros and cons of using lesser priced parts. They show me the prices for available options. Why would I want to take my business anywhere else now?
I forgot to mention; Rick offered to drive me back home AND pick me up to get the car. What other shop provides that kind of service. I passed on the ride this time because it was not raining. Maybe next time one of our cars needs help I'll take them up on the ride back home.
If you live in the Federal Way area and want a honest, professional auto repair shop please give them a call. If you are still not convinced, get a estimate from somewhere else and take it in to Rick. You will be surprised.
