Not sure why this location has received such negative reviews. I stopped in for the first time - no wait, and staff was super friendly and helpful. Got my account issues squared away in just a couple minutes.

I used to love this bank. However I had called a few days ago about something that one teller said that they are happy to help me out with. I get a call a few days later saying that they can't help with what I was trying to do. KEEP YOUR TELLERS SYNCED WITH EACH OTHER! If the branch can't help someone out with something, notify the whole branch. You can't say that you can help someone out financially related, they come all the way over, you say you can't help them. It puts a damper in people's schedules. And this isn't just a simple mistake, as I've had it happen with other branches. I really wish banks would stop doing this.
Edit: over a year later this branch STILL sucks. Required my ID to deposit cash, and gave me some strange excuse for it. And even after two years this branch is still giving excuses to not accept my rolled coins.

This was our first time visiting this branch since it’s only five minutes from where we live. I needed to get some documents notarized, but the female staff member who assisted us was very rude. Despite my husband speaking to her politely the entire time, she responded in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. I also noticed she treated other customers with the same attitude. We won’t be coming back. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect.

Why doesn’t your atm ever work? It doesn’t matter if it’s 6pm or 10 there’s always something wrong with it.. all I want to do as an independent contractor is deposit my money and I never can because that’s the part that’s never working it’s super frustrating.. I’ve always noticed it never works between 8pm and 12 so I decided to go early before 6 pm and it’s not even working now

Horrible just absolutely appalling, came get some help with the Chase Premier Plus Checking Military Account. Chase Employees made no attempts to help or greet in anyway whatsoever they were purposely ignoring me, when I finally got some help they told me that I would have to go to another chase branch.

I was intending to open a new account as a returning customer. I've always had great experiences with Chase Banks in the past as they are typically well staffed, competent, and provide excellent customer service. Within 5 minutes of sitting in this branch, it was easy to determine that none of those things hold true anymore. Those are the things that make paying for a banking account worthwhile- I can get the same poor service somewhere else for free, so I will.

This location has terrible customer service if you are a merchant. They will refuse basic merchant service like bundling your your bills that you get for change, or flat out refusing to get you change. They will pick and choose what policies they want to follow. There are some nice tellers they have employed but by far Lisa provides the worst customer service. It's to the point where I'm in the process of convincing my company to bank elsewhere where they treat merchants like customers!

I been through many banks in Tacoma ,I have to say chase bank has treated me very Fairly and I have had any problems with them at all at this time...
