Moles Funeral Home went above and beyond for our family and tribe during an incredibly difficult time. Planning a funeral for my mom was an emotional and overwhelming experience, but their team provided so much care and support every step of the way. We are especially grateful that they honored a very important part of our culture by allowing our Lummi gravediggers to assist with the burial at their cemetery. This gesture meant the world to us, and we deeply appreciate their understanding and respect for our traditions. The staff at Moles were truly phenomenal, offering kindness and professionalism throughout the process. We are thankful for everything they did for us.

I walk my dog at the Ferndale cemetery and the park looks amazing. The grounds crew does a awesome job keeping it looking nice.

My family’s experience was a unique one that John and Jody were so helpful and accommodating to. From the start of the process, to sharing the story of the remodel and inclusion of cedar, to their generosity with aspects of the cremation…they really helped an estranged family feel at ease as they came together for the first time for something like this. Our family worked with Jonathan and Ally at Greenacres Farewell in Ferndale. They both were very kind, helpful, and professional with all the final arrangements for my Mom’s burial under such trying times. We could not have had a better experience, Ally was so supportive, responsive and caring throughout the whole process and took care of all the details that made this most difficult time for us so much easier. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. My husband died in Washington and I (a Canadian)was in Canada unable to cross the border.I was able to conduct all necessary arrangements by phone and email. I did not cross the border until the death certificates were ready, as my trip was considered essential. Every interaction by phone was courteous and considerate of my feelings. I felt respected throughout the many interactions between us. Thank you for guiding me through this necessary process.

The staff here are very respectable, and easy to work with. They were never pushy about any "upgrades" when the burial package was originally purchased. And when time came to use the package, they were very kind, and understanding. They seem to understand quite well different customs and religious practices of their clients, and ensure the wishes of the family are respected.

Our family worked with Brian and Jodi, they were both AMAZING. They were very kind, compassionate, and professional. All of our questions were answered and we were encouraged to call if we needed anything further going forward. these two are a great team I highly recommend working with them.
