Place is going down hill fast the past couple months. Now they are not even paying their bills. No one takes accountability, and they blame staffing issues.

This apartment complex is great for its walkability to the highlands shopping area! The grounds are clean and there are small play areas for the kids and an off leash dog area. The staff is quick to respond to maintenance issues and an emails sent.

It’s only our fourth month here but we love living here. The view, the security, the amenities and the convenience of a whole marketplace so close to you is a huge advantage.
The management is also very helpful. Earl was always available whenever we needed some assistance. He is always very quick and efficient and ready to help.

Overall, I'm so happy living in Discovery Heights.
The apartments are great, the layouts simply modern. The facilities in the clubhouse and the social areas are well organized and maintained.
The best experience living in Issaquah Highlands.

Wonderful service and excellent attention. There has not been a single opportunity where a request is made and it is not responded to promptly, apart from the fact that there is no need to return for the same reason.

We had an outstanding experience with the management team, particularly with Earl. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Earl's knowledge and expertise were evident in every interaction. Really like it here at Discovery Heights. We worked with Earl who went out of his way to get the right apartment. Its local to alot of things and great commute from work to home every day. Minor things is there is a no smoking policy on the property but you can still smell all the smoke from the different types cigarettes and other legal smoking items.. but as for everything else it is great.

Section 8 lowlifes smoking weed in front of the buildings and having loud conversations at 2 AM in the morning. Don’t move here unless you want to live with people with no respect for peace and quiet. The community rules are regularly broken and they don’t care or bother to enforce them.

My fiance and I have had a fantastic experience living here since we moved in this March. We started feeling at home almost instantly - it is a lovely neighborhood with BEAUTIFUL views and so walkable to many trails, restaurants and businesses in the Highlands. Very kid friendly and a family-oriented community with stroller/wheelchair accessible play areas and countless amenities.
The best part of our experience so far has been the caring staff, specifically Earl, who has treated us like family since day one. Incredibly responsive, kind, and it is evident that there is an authentic care for tenants' needs. Not to mention, the application process (and communication along the way) was seamless - especially compared to other local apartment complexes. There has been so much ease from the moment we toured to move in day, with thoughtful check ins along the way even after we moved in. We are grateful to call Discovery Heights our home!

I came for a tour last week because my family is being stationed at the base nearby and we need a home for our family. I met Tabitha the manager and she was extremely friendly. She gave us tons of information and showed us the floor plans and pricing for upcoming availability. It's a beautiful community- I hope we get to call it home soon. Thanks again Discovery Heights for having such awesome staff and a very knowledgeable manager.

I’ve lived on this property for several years with my kids and we’ve stayed for so long because this property is so convenient to literally everything. You can can easily walk to the movie theater, Safeway, Mod Pizza, and Mud Bay. You can also catch the bus close by, catch an Uber in under 10 minutes every time, or book a Metro Flex car.
From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere that defines this place. I’ve lived at a lot of other apartments but always felt most of the staff didn’t care who you were. We feel like they care at this property.
The amenities are top-notch. The pool is one of the nicest apartment pools I’ve ever been in. They keep the water and the surrounding poolside areas impressively clean. There’s even a little sundeck off the back side of the pool. It’s been nice during the summer to sit in the sun and just chat with other mom friend neighbors.
They also keep this property very clean and they maintain the grounds consistently. So consistently that I know exactly which day of the week the leaf blowers are coming. To be honest, my only complaint about the property is the leafblower noise. Lol. I know they’re just trying to keep this place looking beautiful though. I’d much rather have a little noise for one morning per week than live in a dumpy, run down property. My guests are always impressed at how nice the plants, flowers, and trees are here.
The apartments are large and have some of the best up-to-date interiors. There are so many units on this property but you never feel “boxed in” at all.
What truly sets this community apart are the people who keep it running, particularly Lili. Lili's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of her work. She goes above and beyond to ensure that people’s needs here are met promptly and efficiently. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to contact her and she never treats me like I’m a burden, no matter how inane my question is. She’s prompt at emailing and calling you back too.
There’s a newer woman working in the office, Kaylee (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) and she’s been very kind and professional every time I’ve had to drop off paperwork or stop in to ask someone in the office when the rooftop deck is open (because I love it up there but I always forget when it’s open…)
I really like the office and maintenance staff here. They all give the sense that they care about the people in the community. If you see any of them out on the property, they always say hi. You don’t get treated like you’re “just another resident”.
Most other apartment “communities” I’ve lived in didn’t seem very community-like. People wouldn’t stay long and you never knew your neighbors. This place is different in that people stay here for years. You don’t feel like you’re living in a cookie-cutter apartment building. It truly is homey here.
