I have been going to Liberty tax for over 10 years, the employees always make such a chore an enjoyable experience. And it is a relief to know my taxes are being done correctly and I'm not missing out on unknown benefits.

I was a long time client of Liberty Tax, I used their services for about 5 years in California while working out of state. Liberty Tax did a fantastic job for me and was focused to make sure that I felt I was receiving the services that I was purchasing. I moved back home to Washington and used this office to do my taxes, scheduled an appointment and when I showed up the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think. Look if they want to crank up their stereo at home great but this is a place of business. When I asked if they could turn it off they stated oh we always have it on. I actually had to insist that they turn off the music and focus on the preparation of my taxes. I am going to be in here working with them for the next 45 minutes and t then pay them over $400 for services, I didn’t feel like they actually cared about my tax preparation or the business itself. The presentation, the preparation and feeling I received when I got up and walked out at the end was that was one of the most unprofessional meetings that I had just experienced. Next year I went to Liberty down the street by Petrovitsky and it was the same if not worst. Look you have to like your job, or the people you work for but you should at the very least show some amount of professionalism. To the clients that walk through the door. Your mannerisms are in fact reflected upon the company you work for. That is why I will be looking early this year for a professional tax service to do my taxes. They don’t even have to be good. They just have to try.
