I tried walking in to make a withdrawal. Doors are locked and as I'm walking away this guy opens the door and asks if I had an appointment. I said "No, just a withdrawal." Then he shouts "We've been closed for two years dude. Appointments only." Then closes the door. Bruh what. I've never been there before how should I know. :-/

This relationship manager named Nick really went above and beyond. I was there to open an bank account at 12:30 pm on Saturday. He was friendly and passionate about explaining everything to us despite of him working non-paid overtime til 1:30pm. I highly recommend this guy.

Absolutely horrible. If you want to speak with a real person go to a different bank. The automated system does not allow you to wait or have a call back to speak with someone. It will hang up on you. Doesn't surprise me. Bank of America has become the Walmart of banks, big and worthless. I've been with Bank of America since 1994, time I learn my lesson and find a better bank. Bank of America has poor customer service and does not have enough people to support their clientele.

My wife recently was there, and they just advised her to use mobile site or app , she asked for help and they didn't !!! Why do they even need branches???

Poor service. I tried making an appointment online--showed up as scheduled and the banker was not in and no one else could assist. Another time I needed a time-sensitive document notarized and they said they could not possibly find time to do this. I started banking at B of A because my previous bank was involved in multiple customer service scandals, but now regret the decision.

I used to have problems with this location however as of late the tellers have been very helpful and have recently helped me out tremendously with an issue I was having with Microsoft billing me incorrectly numerous times. I would highly recommend this location.

Way too busy. The tellers are perfectly nice, but no one really had the time to help me. I needed help with the mobile app and I had to go to another branch because no one made any sense. Not their fault, but still. Should have been a quick in and out.

Last week I deposited two checks in the ATM but the machine malfunctioned and didn't record the checks. I called customer service number in another city and was given a claim number. Talked to employee at bank when they opened. Bank did give me a credit for the approximate amount I had deposited and indicated the problem might be resolved in 10 days. A week later I called customer service again and was directed to someone in New Jersey who gave somewhat rote answers when I asked what they were finding. By this time I had the two missing checks issuers and exact amounts, and the person I was talking to seemed to reluctantly take this info. Next he told me it could take up to 45 days to resolve this. Following that conversation, I went again to the bank branch and a nice teller thought I was talking about a night deposit rather than an ATM deposit. She also told me they had been having problems with the machine and to either use the one by the drive in window or use the night deposit as the machine wasn't to be replaced for several more months! Today, I got an email indicating to log onto my account for more info and found that they had reported finding the checks and were crediting me for the exact amount and this was a final resolution. In short, not the kind of customer service one would reasonably expect to enjoy.

I've had excellent service here with a variety of different requirements. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They've suggested services that saved me a lot of money. The home equity experience hasn't been great and I miss the old drive through banking or I'd score a 5.

This is the worst bank in the USA or maybe even in the world. I am not about this particular branch bat about Bank of America entirely. Tody I'll go to this branch and ask to close all my checking and saving accounts. I have already opened accounts in US Bank.

Major issues with their ATM machine , for the second time this Machine swolled my Debit Card at 6AM and had to drive back to Branch to retrieve it , major inconvenience!.
