I appreciate that they help me move forward at my own pace. I do get pushed out of my comfort zone, but not too far. Synthia is an excellent trainer.

All the trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced. They work with you to meet your personal goals. They do an excellent job mixing the workouts up so it is not the same thing all the time. I have been very happy with the results.

I joined the Fitness Together in Kirkland about a year ago after they moved locations and changed ownership. Coming from a large Fitness Club where I was paying a monthly membership fee for services I never used, plus additional fees for small group classes and personal training sessions, I was happy to streamline my workout experience. Plus, I discovered that I am much more comfortable training in a smaller studio.
I work one-on-one with a trainer and participate in the small group classes five days a week. Doing both programs has been the perfect balance and such a fun way meet other clients and work with all of the trainers. My fitness routine is never boring, is truly customized, and even when I'm tired, I'm always encouraged to work hard when I walk through the door!
Clients can wear MyZone Heart Rate Monitor Belts which allows you and your trainer to see your real time HR Zone on the large monitor in studio (this is awesome and gives me that extra push). They also have a Styku machine that can give you an accurate body analysis in under 1-minute! If you are looking for results, the trainers at FT will help you achieve them! And, the equipment is always cleaned after each session (even the yoga mats) and is in excellent condition.
I highly recommend checking out Fitness Together! Great facility and excellent trainers!

Fitness Together Kirkland is THE place to work out. I have been going to the FT in Kirkland for 1-1/2 years (since January 2015) and I love it. All the trainers are very professional, knowledgeable and organized. I have been so lucky to work with Steve the whole time. I have worked with lots of trainers at other places in the past, and he is by far the best. I started out at just 2 times a week, now I regularly go 4 times a week. I really look forward to my workouts, and the improvement in my strength and stamina (as well as my muscles!) is remarkable. FT is a really upbeat place; you get a great workout while having fun too. Rebecca the studio director is very helpful in figuring out what will work for you. I highly recommend FT Kirkland. (I was NOT compensated in any way to say all these nice things…I really mean them!)
