Do not trust the online booking system. I booked online, got a confirmation email and the place was closed. I waited 20 minutes and still closed.

ask for a 1.5 with the grain on top and got a bald spot cut in the back of my head, cant even give a simple lineup always uneven EVERY SINGLE TIME. And a lot of cleanliness concerns with this shop. I am in barber school , and they do not clean there equipment PROPERLY. They do not disinfect there clipper guard because i seen them use certain clippers on me and put them right back with the rest of the other guards without sanitizing and they like to reuse the towels. i even had to tell them a couple of times to get a different towel because i witnessed them use the same towel they previously used on the client before me. And all this for $27, i don,t know why they keep raising the prices. i have been coming to hair masters ever since i was a teen, but there are better shops out there if you look around ones that are cheaper too with more services available.

I called ahead of time and made an appointment- after telling them what I wanted to have done the lady said to come in at 4 she would have time to do it. So I get there a few minutes early and she comes out to get me then asking me again what I want- I tell her again and then she goes through this long story about how essentially she now doesn’t have time- I planned my whole day around this after being told to come in. I will NEVER be coming back to this location- what a joke.

I made an appt using the book now online system and I guess it's not connected with there actual system. Told the nice woman at the front desk I made an appt and she looked over at her book and told me too bad. She was nice but the fact that I made a simple appt online and seen my name on her computer and she still tells me to go away... Please get rid of the book now online option if your staff aren't not going to be actually looking at it.

Walked in the middle of the day one guy in a chair and two other women in the corner doing somthing on the computer. Didnt get as much as a hello for a few minutes and when I did I was asked if I had an appointment said I didnt and that it would be just a moment here I am 10 minutes later walking out

HairMasters on 124th in Totem Lake. NO STARS!!! I went to get highlights on my dark hair. The stylist colorist put a dark black on my hair, no highlights, and I left with red roots. She claimed my hair could not be lifted, which I disagreed with. Much color experience with my hair for 30 years. She got chemical in my eyes at the bowl, and didn't address that until I demanded a cold cloth. The other ladies in there seemed ill dressed, and gossipy. I mean the employees. They kept blasting hard rock on the sound system. Cheap salon with cheap help. They ruined my hair, dried it out. Don't bother. Please save yourself this experience.

I have easy straight hair but have had the hardest time finding a reliable place. I've been going to Sheila for the last year and she's friendly and always does a great job. Not pushy about selling extra stuff but very knowledgeable. Price is right also - I would recommend

I walked in to this HairMasters in the middle of the day. There was an older man cutting one person's hair, the lobby was empty with no one waiting. I stood at the front desk for five minutes. The guy cutting hair made eye contact with me several times but never verbally acknowledged me, put me on a list, told me he'd be right with me, etc. It was really weird. I guess they don't need the business. I left there and walked into a SuperCuts that sits in the same parking lot. They had a line of people waiting. Clearly other people had already learned what I myself learned today. ;)

If this store was not in my path on the way home and the only store that sells the hair product I like I would never go back. Third time in 3rd time putting up with nasty rude staff. They cant be bothered to ring up a product sale. Also breaking the law on posted pricing and the staff is just plain nasty to deal with. Only place I've ever seen where every single person is mean nasty rude....and the staff keeps changing...if they come in nice thwy leave shortly nasty make You wonder about the mgmt
