Do yourself a favor and go down the street to enterprise car rentals. They have a better price for a better vehicle and better customer service. I see why this place has all the negative reviews. Going in here feels like a super 8 motel and enterprise feels like a luxury hotel. Some of the staff are rude, website says they have car rentals available but when I went in I was immediately told "we don't have anything". Is this an employee being lazy or is this just how hertz operates? For me, I don't care because enterprise took car of me. There's just no reason to come here but do what you will

I have been renting from this Hertz location while my car is in the shop and on every location Lou has helped me out. I have seldom left a Car Rental with an experience as positive as the ones I’ve had with Lou. Lou is a rockstar.

Just returned my car after a long-term rental and it all went seamlessly. During both the pick-up and drop-off, the branch manager was friendly, helpful and fielded my calls during the rental period. I observed other staff also helping customers on the phone and in the office in a patient and friendly manner.

What an absolute nightmare. I don't have much experience with Hertz and never plan to return as a customer. Rented a car in advance for pickup on Saturday, and was told 59 minutes prior to my pickup time that they do not actually have the car I rented, nor do they have any car available leaving me stranded on a weekend with less than an hour to scramble and figure something out. If you've ever tried to rent a car on a Saturday at a moment's notice, I'll let you guess how that went. Was offered no solution. Looking at other reviews, this appears to be common practice indicating a trend of poor handling of inventory/reservations and customer service by this location, rather than a one-off mishap.

Reserved a 12-passenger van for my daughter's birthday party. Several days before, I called to confirm.They said they can't get the car.I ask them how do we get all the kids to the party?They have no idea. Not their problem, apparently.I asked some more, and apparently their Standard Operating Procedure is to look for the van two days before the reservation. And if they can't get one, they just cancel on you. Would they call? Judging by the other reviews, probably not.So that's the level of customer service and car you can expect from this place.Ruin a party? They don't care.Ruin a vacation? They don't care.They. Just. Don't. Care.

They are not even worth 1 star . Specially the manager Tuck or what so ever is the illiterate person there . Subordinate are perfect, they are doing there job .I booked car 3 weeks ago , went there to pick up .There was shortage, I understand.He said I will call you back ,Never called back in next 2 weeks.Again I booked the car , He said - Will get something for sure . Again this day , he said we are stutting down the service. Never had a chance to at least call the customers that please don't waste your time and money ?.I believe he should not be a manager there where he don't know how to control and manage the things . the stuff that he can not handle .

Please stay away from this location. They are bait and switch location. I am a President 's circle member and was treated very poorly. I refuled the car when I was given 7/8 full and returned the car 2 days ahead of time. After getting confirmation that I will be refunded for the remaining days, I stopped at the location where the manager charged me the full amount. If you wanted to be treated unprofressionaly please stop by anytime.

DO Not rent a care hear. First off they don’t answer there phones ever. Car was not cleaned that I picked up. The car had issues right away 5 minutes after picking up they acted like I was a idiot and were very rude. I have never rented a car from anyone with this horrible customer service.

Unlike other reviews, I personally have very positive experience with this agency. The staff Lou has helped me tremendously in numerous occasions during my long term rental, and I am very grateful for his great help!

Called Bellevue, they told me call Kirkland. I called and their system said "book online". I booked online. Then I showed up. No car. Apparently I'm supposed to know better. No attempt made to repair.

DO NOT RENT HEREMade me late for work by 2 hours! Car smelt like smoke and still trying to charge the full two weeks when I returned it 40 minutes after having the car

Confirmed reservation not honored. Got a call on the morning of the scheduled pickup that unfortunately they had no cars available due to high demand. They had no alternative and did not know when anything would be available. Will avoid Hertz in future.

Renting a car is never as easy and seamless as you would hope it to be but there is definitely something to be said for going out of the way to make the experience unpleasurable, confusing, and difficult.Never rent here.

Booked two weeks in advance and yet when I turned up, they outright refused to give any car.We Literally pointed out parked cars upfront and asked why can we get one of them and they first said they needed oil change and when other customers came to pick them they simply told us point blank saying all are booked (I assume they are paying more ) !!!When we persisted , they asked us to wait for 3-4 hrs in case an “extra” car magically turned up.. !! When we refused, they refused to cancel the booking and we had to call the 1-800 number and explain it to them to get a cancellation ..We had a whole trip worth thousands booked ahead of us and now we are struggling to get refunds from hotels and what not ..It’s unbelievably unprofessional.. shame on you Hertz
