"I usually don't do this but I'm completely disappointed with this KFC location. And don't forget to mention, I was a regular as well on weekends. But after this experience, I will never go back and spend my money at this place. Now, I should have chosen to drive off soon as the girl taking my order starts off with a rude greeting as you can hear it in her tone as if she didn't want to be there. Didn't think nothing of it so I continued to order. The cashiers name if (Julia) by the way that was taking my order. I began to tell her I wanted the $20 fill up. She asks me if I wanted original, spicy, or crispy. I mentioned I wanted original and make that a family meal, she then says "OK" as if I was done ordering when I wasn't. I asked, "what about the sides?" She says it already comes with the slaw and mashed potatoes. I asked to replace the slaw with something else. She responds rudely saying, "no you can't." Another lady gets on the intercom and asks what I wanted and I said the same thing and told her I wanted to replace the slaw. The lady then says it will cost more. So, the girl, (Julia) I hear in the background mocks me. We pull up to the window, I handed her my card and she swipes it and let me tell you she was taking quite some time to charge my card. The lady in the back who is handling my food asks her what's taking so long. She responds and says, the card is declining & keeps swiping my card. I'm looking straight at my account making sure funds are in there through my mobile banking and finally she gives me my receipt to sign after 5 min. So we got our food and continued on home. I checked my account the next morning to look through my transactions and it says KFC has charged me twice the same day. Something wasn't right so I gave them a call, phone rings and rings as if no one was going to answer and finally a lady picks up. I asked to speak with management, her name is Olivia by the way and she responds with "okay...."as if she was annoyed and didn't want to hear. I then explained to her that her employee had charged me twice. Her response was they don't charge there as if mistakes were impossible. I told her I have proof to show it and clearly my bank transactions wouldn't lie. She then tells me to send the pictures through text. I asked if she was going to ask for the receipt/ ticket number atleast. She says okay again sounding very annoyed. I then asked will I get a call after I send the pictures of proof. She says yeah after they check on their end. I get a call 30 min later and the lady tells me that she spoke with her boss and nothing was charged twice and I would have to contact my bank, I contacted my bank about it and they had confirmed that I was charged twice. Thank god for good banks cause it was disputed and further investigation will happen. Just a reminder, if you see that your account was charged twice, speak up because like the workers at KFC will deny mistakes and will say anything to save their employees after doing a disgusting thing charging customers twice because they don't like their jobs. I will drive to a different KFC Location if I have to. This is REDICULOUS! The manager needs to work on handling customer situations better as I am not pleased with how it's handled."
