Should really rename to "The no help store". Wouldnt even print a label for me to ship. First wanted me to use the rental computer for $2 and pay $1.5 to print, then when that didnt work they wouldnt even help print the label. It's clear they'd rather nickle and dime than actually help people use their shipping service.

I often use this location because it's near my house but I'm sad the employees are not nice and friendly here so I always feel uncomfortable visiting here :( They charge for printing a label for $2

Super surprised to see such a low score. I have been coming here for 15 years. I have aways gotten great service and the wait times have always been just a fraction of the post office.

I wouldn't have normally read the reviews for somewhere like the UPS store until I saw how low this one was so I was curious to see how my experience would go.I already printed and attached the label to my return when I got to the store. There was only one person ahead of me when I walked in and two gentlemen working the counter and one called me up immediately. I weighed my package and he checked the label and told me to have a wonderful day. Painless

Do not trust this store, I had my package stolen from them. I dropped it off and noticed that after 4 days the tracking showed it still hadn’t left the store (no scans from a truck picking it up).I went in to discuss and they told me it was “lost” and to file a claim. How does a package get “lost” in such a small store?When they ask you what’s in the package, don’t tell them because it’ll go missing if it’s worth anything.

So I come here quite often the owner is very friendly. Finn and this other Asian gentleman are always so nice. Me being a customer and seeing other customers ask the most dumbest questions is beyond me all these people leaving negative reviews should trying doing what there doing. But they can’t cause half of them can’t even log onto to there email or amazon accounts and then they turn around and blame it on the employees. It blows my mind how stupid people are and how they make it through life. ????

The owner John Leaty is a scam. Pure evil. Very rude to customers. When something goes wrong, instead of man up and takes responsibility of his own business, he blames others, either his employees or his customers. He owns two ups stores, one in mill creek and one in Kirkland totem lake. Both stores only have 2 stars reviews. I cannot believe this type of person actually exists in this beautiful world, ugh…

My experience was exactly as I would expect given the reviews. I called with a question and was almost immediately interrupted with a "hm.. no" and hung up on. Pretty appallingly bad service! The manager must either be one of the people being extremely rude to everyone (and so doesn't do anything to enforce a positive attitude from the employees), or else there's a shocking shortage of workers so there's nothing they could do even if they wanted. Unfortunate:(

After 3 visits they didn't know how to notarize a single personal letter & said only other ups stores do that service as I had done it multiple times in The store !!!Knowledge, customer service & effort to do what UPS promised to all customers are Not found here !Employee: jayme

The employees are here so unfriendly compare to Kirkland Downtown UPS or any other UPS stores. Why does manager hire unprofessional people who does not have a mind for Customer service as employees?They ruined my entire happy day.

Today I witnessed appalling behavior by the employees at this UPS store. A very clearly disabled person was attempting to send some sort of package (large envelope). This person was both mentally and physically disabled. A caregiver was attempting to help with the transaction. The UPS employee requested identification. The disabled person didn't bring any. After deliberations, the caregiver stated she had never heard of this before and had brought many items in the past and was never asked for identification. The employee made a scene and started bullying the caregiver and disabled person making statements like " oh you are trying to tell me what my job is. I work here. I know the rules. Do you work here? No. No you don't!" And then polled the rest of the employees continuing with the harassment and humiliation. The caregiver requested a manager. Another employee who seemed to be enjoying the tactics used by her coworker came over with a business card and said the manager wasn't there and that they wouldn't be helping them. They would need to go elsewhere. The original employee said, "but first I need to charge you for this envelope since you wrote on it." When they left, the employee continued his rant about "some customer isn't going to tell me how my job is done." Only one of the employees slightly stood up and told him how he could have provided a solution by changing how the package was written up. This team needs to take courses in grace, empathy, problem solving and service. There is a kind way to address these situations. It felt like this employee enjoyed insulting the disabled person and his caregiver. I can't support treating people badly and therefore will not patronize this store any more. So disappointing.
