My experience at Pioneer Heated Storage has been excellent. The staff with whom I’ve dealt ( Lee and Nathan) have been professional, polite, and exceedingly helpful.
We’re in the process of moving, so I hope my need for a storage unit will be temporary, but I’m willing to recommend this business and its staff to anyone.

Awesome experience. We rented for 3 years from them. Unit felt very safe and secure. We never worried about our stuff. Never had an issue and customer service was amazing! We only ever dealt with Lee. He was the best!

It’s been a joy working with Jeff and Lee at this UHaul location over the last couple years.
Each time, they've been friendly, courteous and helpful. These two definitely put the 'service' in customer service.
When you're renting, picking up or dropping off a UHaul truck, the process should be painless. Jeff and Lee make that expectation a reality!

Pioneer Heated Storage has been wonderful! We were there for almost a year and it is always clean. Lee is attentive, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place if you have to store things!

I have had a storage unit here for the past 5 years… I recently moved out of state, and Lee was beyond helpful with any questions or situations I had arise during my move! If there were any issues they were quick to call me and get things resolved.
It was very secure also, I never worried about my belongings. I knew that they were safe there and would not be messed with and/or stolen! Thank you Pioneer Storage! My final chapter is closed now in Long Beach! Bittersweet!

Lee Preble, Jr. of the Pioneer Heated Storage (Long Beach, Washington) was extremely helpful with arranging several U-boxes to be delivered, filled, and transported from Long Beach, Washington to Half Moon Bay, California. He set up the entire itinerary, answered all the necessary questions, and in addition to setting up the U-boxes, he gave us names of people who could assist us in moving large pieces of furniture. The names he gave us responded and we made reservations with them easily. The best service ever. Thanks!

Everyone at Pioneer has been so great to work with. Aside from a great sense of humor, Lee was incredible helpful and kind as I navigated taking over managing a rental for a family member. He was always quick to respond to my emails and questions. Thank you, Pioneer Storage!

We really enjoyed our experience with Pioneer Heated Storage. Excellent communication from the outset and throughout, all the way to closing the account.
Very clear, nice facility conveniently located next to a gas station.
We would use this facility again in a heartbeat.

I personally have been with this company for 10 or more years and I could not be more satisfied with the communication of the staff and the quality of the storage space. Also in the 10 years I have been with them there has only been one rate increase and it was small in comparison to others rates and yearly increases. The place is safe and clean and no problems with rodent damage or other pests. I feel the pioneer storage company has been awesome in service and customer service is 100%

I have always known this place existed but never needed a reason to come in until now. I had a 3 unit bookshelf stereo that I needed a box for. Lee, the manager, was MORE than helpful when it came to deciding on the Box and bubble wrap. He was even so kind as to allow me to put my components into the Box and helped me tape my box together. I would HIGHLY suggest coming to Lee because he is a friendly, helpful manager and I will keep him in mind for any further shipping needs !!!

I recently needed a one way Uhaul trailer rental and the staff were very kind and helpful. Jeff helped take the time to make the reservation over the phone. When I picked up the trailer Lee was very accommodating and helped me hook the trailer up and made sure everything was in good working order before I left. All of this in the rain! I have finished my move and am very grateful for the great customer service!
