We are a new client for 2023 year. They asked to see our previous year (2022). The found a 3k error from the previous accountant. Way to go! They are great.

Had to do several years of taxes and they did a great job. Benn using them for at let a decade.

Very unprofessional, they did my taxes and when I left they told me I had a $2,700 refund coming after entering all my info. They called the next week and said my taxes were ready to pick up. I drove the hour round trip and when I got to the office there front office person said my refund was roughly $900. In addition they charged me double from the year before because they bill by the form and they had to fill out a couple more this year. I asked to talk with someone to get an explanation and they didn't have anyone available. My issue is that I would have expected a courtesy call from the tax prep person before I came to pick them up explaining the $1,800 dollar difference and it would have been appropriate to also let me know they were going to double my bill for preparation. I will not use again, they are not worth the drive.........and I will not recommend.
