The store owner/manager is a very rude person and lies in customer face. USP didn't deliver my package to the destination. We reached to the store almost every week for months. They told us they brought back and shipped it back.....After several weeks, the manager/owner told us he trashed it after he couldn't reach out to us. He simply lied to us. We simply couldn't win with him. He doesn't listen to customers and continues lying.

I’ve been here a few times and people are always helpful. I thought I’d have to print out an online label and they told me I could screenshot it and email it to their store, which saved me time and money.

Shout out to the lovely ladies at the UPS store today. Helped me when returning a package to Amazon. Amazon messaging/website indicated packaging not needed to return (original packaging destroyed just by opening package) when I processed it online, but store clearly expected for items to be packaged when I got there. However, they quickly agreed to "take care of it" for me rather than make me scramble to find other packaging. Thank you for a great customer service experience after a long frustrating day. Amazon could learn a thing or two from you!
