I absolutely ADORE my local UPS store and use it a LOT! The staff is super-friendly and helpful and always ready to share a smile. Special mention to Brenda (aka Bibi!!!) for 'going the extra 'mile' for me and helping me to send 'stuff' - lots of it! - to the other side of the country (Boston!) in the most efficient and cost effective manner. SUPER SUPER PEOPLE!!!

I rarely leave reviews but after today's horrible experience, I decided that I must leave one. But it looks like everyone else has experienced the same problem at this location. Side note: I've always had a good experience here until today!Caucasian middle aged lady with long hair in a pony tail (I didn't catch her name) needs to find a different job or receive serious training. seemed as if I upset her by placing a large Amazon package to be returned on the counter without taping it up on the bottom first. I asked if I could purchase tape to tape it up and she replied yes. But Instead of just letting me know to go over to the counter on the side and to tape it up with tape visibly provided, she let me go purchase tape. Then when I called her out on it, she proceeds to tell me that they "aren't allowed to let people know that there's tape on the counter". OKAY?? Then why even provide it in the first place and leave it out there?! Anyways, I realized I'd be wasting my time arguing so I left and wished her a nice day. If you're reading this, I truly hope that you find happiness or something that better suits you. This is clearly not it.

whoever is under new management should change because I have never had such a terrible experience with a company especially a mailing one. they are so rude and I felt racially profiled because I'm brown and I could tell the difference in customer service between myself and the white couple in front of us. definitely needs new management

I would give negative stars if I could! Worst ever experience at this UPS store - usually employees at UPS store countrywide are very helpful in nature. At this location, some of their employees and their manager (old white guy) seem to think they own the entire UPS store company and treat their customers with crap. Will never visit this UPS store ever again until they replace their manager and I urge others also to stay away from this specific store if you want a good service!

Brought in mobile codes to print Next Day Air labels and the store employee kept arguing with me that the code is not a shipping label.I know they are not, which is why I brought the mobile codes so they can’t print me the shipping labels.

I went to UPS to do returns today. I checked online, and it told me that it was less busy than usual for the 1pm hour. I jumped in the car and when I arrived at the door with my box of returns it was locked with a sign saying staff meeting until 1:45. I sure wished they had updated their website with that info.But once inside, it ran smoothly as usual.

I recently had visited the UPS store here and I couldn’t be happier with the my visit Caylee and Brandy helped me so much . Their service was prompt, professional, and their help/ customer service exceeded my expectations. I promised them I would definitely never go to another UPS again in the future and recommend them to others.They are such hard workers they deserve the world and an amazing recognition

Like most in the reviews, this is by far the worst UPS location I've visited. Whoever is the manager of this location is doing a horrible job.I will not drop off any items to this location anymore.Edit: I also find it hilarious, they only respond to positive reviews. What a joke.

Sign says open, hours say open until 6:30, it's 6:20 and I try knocking on the door because 2 employees are in there. They don't even look up, then go into the back. Another customer comes by and tells me this has been happening for the last 30 minutes. I got caught a month back with the random middle of the day closure as some others have reported. What to do about it?

I love this UPS store. Always open, informative and customer service is great! Using the post office in Lynnwood or Edmonds is a pain. Thank goodness for the convenient and helpful store. With all the changes in this area, this is dependable, convenient and helpful.

Most rude and the slowest people I've ever met. They are randomly closed and taking breaks at random times. They will throw the shipping supplies at customers. The way they treat people is outrageous, I'm surprised they are still UPS. I would rather go to the SSA office and DOL multiple times than go to this place. Looking forward to the day they get new management, as this is not run like a UPS. This is something else!

It was 2:03 and I had to a prepaid and labeled package. I just needed to drop it off but they were closed for a break according to the hand-written sign on the door. I had to wait 35 minutes until they finally opened again. They close at arbitrary hours, no rhyme or reason without any regard for the customer. I am never going back to this location and will start using the UPS store in Mill Creek. That was the last straw!

As others mention, the employees decide to close at any time. I showed up at 4 and they were just putting up a sign saying they will be closed until 5pm. Multiple people bringing packages up to the door only to find out they would have to come back. You have one job, people.

I went here, hoping to expedite a package to my father. After paying almost $20 ($20'dollars is $20) to ensure it was overnighted the package never arrived. I waited a few days to follow up and then return to the UPS store and was informed that since I mailed it through the Postal Service (through their store) they will offer NO help in tracking the package valued at over $100. The manager was very patronizing and somewhere in her career was taught that speaking slower and repeating herself is somehow helpful. When I pointed out there is no need to repeat herself 400 times or lean forward and point her finger at me, she denied doing it. We were told to leave, which was fine. I know now, and want make sure anybody who reads this knows, don't waste your time dealing with this UPS store, they wash their hands of you once the label is out on your package.
