Moved NE Arlington and couldn't connect to make or receive calls or texts. I lost $50 I prepaid for the next month service when I switched carriers.I had been a boost customer for over 2 years and couldn't even get a refund for the money I put on my account.

Horrible customer service she lied said i was looking at the phones(i was not i already knew what i wanted) was rude and on top of it she diconnected my moms phone on mothers day! i been to the Everett location and they were great but this area i feel like there was miss communication she should not have disconneted my moms phone before telling me the price because a phone that was 80 dollar that later on priced chaged to 115 went to 200 bucks this girl lost it i never wanna be back to her store but i hope they never do to her mom what she did

Daisy was such a help! I have had many less than helpful interactions with Boost employees. But Daisy was not one of them. She listened to the situation I was dealing with and between her and Kevin from the Corporate office they made me stop thinking of switching phone companies. Thank you both for all your help!

Showed up to get Sim card updated and there was a sticky note on the door that said "bathroom break", waited almost 30 minutes for the person that works there to show up as I was about to go home. She came through the front with a giant coffee that I assume she got on her bathroom break across the street. She took another customer and sat there rushing him to fill out his information despite him explaining he had a learning disability and needing a minute. She didn't even apologize. Then, she finally got to me, and told me to just do my update online.. and when I asked how to do that, she snapped at me and told me to call boost mobile. Remarkable customer service.

I love the store and the phoned when I got my stylus 2021 I said don't give my phone number out to my landlord and other people So I have trust issues my phone hit severely hacked to where it disintegrated That the bosses that day and workers should be investigated to see who gave my phone number out things got worse and I didn't give the phone number out to anyone so if your workers are giving private and personal information out They should be dealt with I had to buy a new phone and get a new phone number No one should have my information without my permission I don't give out other people's information I ask them first It is wrong to give information out When you don't have the person's permission Please rectify it thank you

Paid my first phone bill on July 9th. ($61.00) I have unlimited text, talk, and 64 high speed data. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get a lot for their money's worth to get this phone plan. PS: the staff are wonderful. ?

There are no sales people, only order takers with very, very limited skills and no authority to think outside the box. They are pleasant, just not business minded.
