Because I've read about how poorly they conducted business & treated their very loyal customers. I suggest everyone reads Nita's comments about them before going to that particular metro store. She also made it clear that this store is privately owned so therefore she's not speaking about any other metro stores just that particular one!!!! and I just want to say thank you Nita because I was going to go to that store today before I had read your comment about it and since I read your comment about it has saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration that I would've had to go through. Have I gone to that store today, but thanks I will definitely try somewhere else first!!!

Arthur is an excellent metro PCs rep. He truly went above and beyond in trying to help me facilitate a replacement phone for a severely, yet nearly new, damaged I phone 11. Explaining in full detail the insurance process. Providing me with that departments number and even repeated the number back to me. As silly as this may sound I’m so serious when I say that that right there folks is the true definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE. As the millennials would say: “Period/That part!”In addition and in closing I’d say keep insurance people. These devices are beautiful and without proper protection fairly fragile. It’s well worth the money and it helps with being frugal and financial literacy. I mean come on how many times do you eat at a fast food place instead of off the stove? God bless you all who do and don’t read this!

Came into the store and was told by the sales associate Arthur, that we would be able to receive the iPhone SE for free upon switching my line over to Metro. We proceeded with the transaction and switched everything over from my original carrier. In the end all they did was port my number over and inserted a new SIM card into my old phone. When asked about our iPhone we were then told we had to pay $100. From free to $100. Had I had known that first I would not have switched as my phone bill was significantly less already. Now I have the inconvenience of having to reset up my old plan with my old carrier which is costing me even more money. I lost a total of $83 along with my phone number as they terminated it when they ported my number over.Poor customer service and training.[update 9/12/22] emailed their District Manager, Makaela Black about this issue. Awaiting response.

Look out Customers, this store is not legitimate & operates on a Bait & Switch policy! I am a retired professional & was looking to work within a retiree budget so went here. I totally regret moving from T-mobile to Metro. After being with Tmobile for over 10 years, they said due to changes they could no longer offer the $30 federal Lifeline rebate to me & referred me to MetroMobile which Tmobile owns. They said I could still get the $30 rebate per month at Metro. Same great service, right ? Not even close. In fact, It's been a total nightmare. Thinking it was time to migrate to 5G, I upgraded a new Samsung A13 phone at Metro. Flat out, phone was a 'lemon'. Could not stream Amazon Video on it, and the 5G never worked. I spent 2 weeks bouncing from Amazon to Metro tech trying to make it work. Finally I was told it had a bad chip or power problem. Worst part was no tech help from the store which is privately owned & could care less. I really & truly wanted my new 5G phone to work.. Returned to store to return the phone within the advertised, guaranteed 2 week 'Buyers Remorse' period. Here is where things really go downhill... A. I was told because I did NOT return the phone the SAME DAY I bought it,, they could only issue partial credits & then to add insult to injury they did not even give me back the partial $27 credit as Luis, the Manager promised, a discount that was supposed to be applied to my monthly bill. Never happened. B. Have tried numerous times to get resolution from Luis, the Manager on my returned bill credits promised..no cooperation. Bottom line: I lost over $50 in the A11 to A13 phone return transaction.. which wasn't even my fault, it was due to their bad phone. C. I decided to keep using my 1 year old Tmobile A11 phone. Why? Because the managers of this 'privately owned' substandard Metro store could not guarantee me that IF the factory replacement A13 phone they offered me for the bad phone turned out to be faulty AGAIN thenI was stuck with it.. they would not guarantee it. That's illegal. THIS Marysville Metro store is the worst. I have filed a complaint with T-mobile/MetroMobile & reported the Marysville store to WA state Attorney Generals office for fraud. ZERO stars.

Fast service. Needed help moving my sim card and getting my new phone working on my plan. I've had Metro pcs for a couple of years now and my family's three phone plan is great. I wouldn't even think of switching back to V.

Very quick and easy experience getting switched over. My old android phone was on the fritz, so i upgraded to an iphone. I'm not a iphone fanboy, but for basic phone usage it's a much smoother experience. They weren't pushy with accessories or anything, i was in and out in like 20 min. Thanks!

I had bought a phone that apparently had a “ no return policy “ due to it being a upgrade. I was never informed about that, so when I tried to return it the next day the girl had told me I can not return, when I asked why she never told me that she said “ I usually tell people it’s not returnable so I’m sorry “ yeah, because that did much help after the fact. And THEN the next day the phone literally would NOT charge and would NOT turn on. I tried calling around every metro PCS/ customer service to try and get some help. Basically. I was our $200 and had a broken phone. Do NOT go to this metro PCS. It might be all of them, but honestly that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
