Gary at the Smoky Point Store did an amazing job of working with us to find a new bed that would work with our existing Sleep Number base. The attachment systems have changed over the years and not all beds work. We did not want to spend the money on a new base, and he made that a possibility! Gary even stepped in, after our installation, to help get the additional magnet connectors ordered that were needed for our new set up as well! Fantastic experience 😁

We purchased a Sleep Number Climate 360 bed in 2023. Here we are 2.5 years later and one side of the bed has completely failed. Sleep Number says we need to spend nearly $600 on parts and a tech to fix the bed. This is by far the worst customer service and warranty I have ever dealt with. We spent $15,000 on a bed and less than 3 years later we need to spend more money just to keep it working.
We could have purchased another high quality traditional mattress from another manufacturer and had it last 10 years without fail just like we have done 3 times in our past.
I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a Sleep Number to run away very fast!

The team in Marysville is fantastic. Ashley listened closely to our needs and questions. She seamlessly guided us through the entire process from selecting our ideal bed, sleep numbers, and upgrading our pillows, linens, and comforter. I had bought a sleep number mattress protector and some sheets on Amazon and tried it out for a few days. When I went to return the mattress protector I found the sheets had stained it badly! I brought the mattress protector here telling my story and asking if I could return it and graciously they said yes! I really appreciate that kind response!
