I love this park, there's two sides of it connected by an underpass. There's plenty of room to let your dogs run a playground on one side in a disc golf course that runs through the entire park. There is access to the river but it is a bit tricky to get to. We saw that there was bathrooms but unfortunately there were some drug addicts with their cars parked there. Other than that it seemed like a safe environment to enjoy yourself.
Playground: Very nice playground
Toilets: Drug addicts parked there with all their belongings out while they were cleaning their cars and working on them.
Dog-friendliness: Extremely dog friendly ?

Hi all!! This park is one of my favorite places to have lunch. Buy something nearby and eat here, by the beautiful Skagit river. If you have time, enjoy a walk on the riverfront walking path. Enjoy!!

We like to bring our little ones to the park here. The water keeps it nice and cool and with it being so small, it's easy to keep an eye on what's going on.

Nice place to enjoy the Skagit River view.
Playground: Great for small children, swings, climbing area with slides.
Toilets: Nice flushing toliets, soap and warm water.
Dog-friendliness: Dogs on a leash
Picnic area: Covered Picnic tables

Playground: The playground is really nice. It’s not too big, no over crowding, there’s a walk about. It’s nice.
Toilets: They are there, but every I go with my girlfriend and her grandkids, they are always locked.
Dog-friendliness: It would be nice for small dog’s or older dogs. Not to much a place for more high energy dogs.
Picnic area: There is a picnic area for small families to have lunch or what not and watch the children play.

Kind of nice little spot. We stopped to eat here after grabbing some chuck wagon drive in just up the road. It is noisy because of traffic and not the greatest. But there are picnic tables and trash cans so it served it's purpose. Not sure I'd ever seek out going here. 3 stars for convenience sake.

Farm and Family Missions Church has a monthly homeless outreach. Last Saturday of each month!
Playground: The playground is appropriate for toddlers and young children.
Toilets: Restrooms are open during daylight hours, and are immediately next to the parking spaces
Picnic area: Multiple picnic areas are available, a few of them have a covering.

Nice little trail along the Skagit River in Mount Vernon. We stop there to have lunch once in awhile

Just a good spot to stop and have something to eat or use ur phone or smoke break. I didn't go into the bathroom but I think they lock them at night
