Sent my wife into the othello store 2 times in the last 2 weeks she was treated horribly !!! EVERYONE in there should be fired !!! We will be going to O’Reillys from now on !!! They don’t deserve any stars !!!

Had a great experience here at AutoZone These guys All went the extra mile today for their extraordinary performance, Especially Fernando He was very straight forward and clearly knows about Vehicle Parts, thanks to his advise I saved myself $1200 that a mechanic in Tri cities quoted me for a electrical problem, Fernando found it out all my vehicle needed was a relay and he was nice enough to even change it for me. Great location really recommend it over O’Reilly’s.

Went in the other day and customer service was excellent. The store manager had a really positive attitude and was more than willing to help with what I needed.

Terrible customer service. The manager came out in said. What instead of asking? How may I help you? They don't know anything about whether talking about. They tell you they have something that they. Don't they make you pull a battery out of a motorcycle just to check to see if they have it. And then they can't even find that the bike exists. I would recommend never going to the autozone in Othello. Washington.

Due to living out of town I tried calling to see if they had a part I need in stock. I had to call 2 separate times, both times I called I was put on hold for OVER 25 minutes !!! Got frustrated called O’Reillys and was helped immediately do better please
