While I had some early communication gap challenges (just knowing status of my order), I was impressed with their fireplace options, and they did an amazing job on the install, going above and beyond in dealing with some special challenges of my house that included solar panels on my roof, and radiant heat in my floors).

I've been working with Mitch at Heritage. He's been awesome, working hard to get me into the right stove. If you're trying to find a stove for your home, I strongly recommend giving them a call. They're too far away to be able to install my stove, which is a shame. I'd welcome the chance to work with them further.

Small local store with friendly, helpful employees. They stock quality pellets and stove supplies. Pellet, wood, and gas stoves are available.Other cool stuff also!
