I ordered a King size mattress 2 times but the manager Lori & her weekend helper dropped the ball both times. I am trying To order a king sized mattress as they have to be ordered through the management, and both times I was told a longstory of why I am not receiving my order. It's been 2 months. I am going to Mattress Depot!

I decided to browse on a whim on 1/19/24. This is a good size store that has a variety of household goods, trinkets and things. I was able to purchase 2 glass containers that I use for juicing and for smoothies. They both had the green sticker which was 50% off. Items that have the blue tags are 75%. Pink tags are 25% off. My total came to a whopping $1.10 wow!! Hahaha. Check out was fast as they have Apple Pay which was awesome.

Called ahead and asked if they accepted antique bedframes and dresser. The man said yes. I inquired about when donation times were and then said thank you im on my way. I get there and a lady looked at the furniture and said they would only take the dresser. I explained that i called before coming and was told it would be accepted. She told me to take the bed to Deseret Industries stating they take all furniture (which was a lie). She mentioned the furniture needed to be refinished and i said I refinished it and it was a matching set.She stormed off, commanded the other worker girl to follow her and she shut the gate doors on me.I was rude, nor did i raise my voice or argue with this women. Her attitude was unprofessional. She also needed to brush her teeth!

Very inconsistent on what they will accept. Needs to be almost new condition. Much easier taken it to a different donation center that you know that will accept everything.

Where do you guys get your price guides for USED, and donated items? When you go to Home Depot or Lowe’s to buy a brand new item, you get product warranties. Buying from habitat use to be a great way to save money, and a good cause. Not any more. Used items are the same price of new, and not in new condition and that’s across all of your stores. Color Ticket sales are never on the good things… the Auburn location was high end retail prices. I’ll save my money and just go to Home Depot.

Great place to find hidden treasures! Always priced fair. This one is a little less “stocked” than most. But still a fun store to swing in from time to time!

I love these stores! But seems they have became VERY pricey! 450$ for a table and chairs.... Old cannery is brand new and same price! I mean come on really the prices get higher but the content gets lower. Maybe it's the new staff? All new faces?

I bought two vintage light fixtures from here on a Tuesday. They hung down too low for my space. I tried to DONATE them (with the receipt attached) the following Friday and they wouldn’t accept them. The attendant stated that they don’t accept items over 5 years old. Yet just about everything in there is well over that.
