After working closely with Sunny for the last eight years I figured it was time to write a review for her. As one of my preferred lenders she has exceeded EVERY single expectation of what a lender should be and do. Her lending knowledge is unmatched and her go-above-and-beyond for clients mentality is why her name is at the top of my very short list of lenders in the industry I trust and send clients to.
On a few occasions I have had to call her to step in for clients when other lenders have dropped the ball or had issues closing a transaction and she jumps into solution mode just as soon as you call her. There’s so many amazing things to say but I’ll cut it short and end with this:

Very friendly staff alot of paperwork but the staff helps make everything easier. They are great at getting more bang for your buck when it comes to having more financial opportunities in the signing process.
