My experience with Digital Image Tri-Cities has been fantastic. It was my first time printing like this, & they were very attentive to my project, even when they could’ve been frustrated with my request for a quick turnaround time, & worked with me to correct some issues on my end, to give me fantastic final products. I loved being able to support a local business as I created printed information for my own small business!

Having used Digital Image Tri Cities or about about 18 months now I am impressed each time I work with them. The have done large PVC signs for billboards, tri-fold flyers and the latest experience was with a special project. On the special project I worked with Gerbin L and he could not have been any better! A pleasure to work with, focused on customer satisfaction, and he was very detailed in everything he did! Ordered my recent business cards from an online source and Digital Image has an equal of better price once you include shipping. Next order will be with them. On top of all that each time I walk in I feel both welcome and my business (very low volume compared to most) is important to them!!

I found these folks online when searching for a place to resize some maps. They were really helpful and resized 5 of my wall maps down to 11x14 so they're easier to take hiking. Professional looking maps and quick service too!

These guys are great. I'd gone to 2 outdoor sign companies before DI only to wait weeks for unsatisfactory quotes or quotes that never materialized at all. DI not only quoted my jobs over the phone in real time, they suggested some great solutions, worked with my design files and produced my signs the next day.I'm definitely going with them for the rest of what I need. If they don't make it onsite, then they know where to go to get it done!

I can’t thank Digital Image enough!!! With all the other clients and deadlines they had, they actually stayed up 24 hours with me this past Thursday and Friday to finish product. If it wasn’t for them, we would not have made our deadline. With all the little (and a few BIG!) issues we threw at them, they always stayed professional, calm, patient, and friendly.
