Columbia Bank just merged with this bank and I will be relocating my money as soon as possible. The transition is Already inhibiting my ability to manage my finances the way I need to. Do not trust big banks. No thank you Umpkwa bank. I don’t want you. I will be relocating my money to the credit union. And that is where Our direct deposits will go. In a way, I am glad that this transition has been so terrible, because I needed to do this to protect my financials against these corporate monster banks that want to own us all.

If your in need fast efficient banking this bank is not for you. If you don’t mind waiting 1-1.5 months for requests and slow like a turtle this express is for you. But for instant needs this is not your best bet.

This banks atm eat (retained) my debit card, which was a prepaid card. I called to see what I could do to get my card back, the lady I spoke with said there was nothing they could do to retrieve my card. I explained to her it was a prepaid card and I don't have access to any of my funds, and my checks are direct deposited to that card. She made it very clear, that wasn't her concern. And she wasn't going to make any attempt to assist me. She was not the least bit helpful, but did a great job at showing no empathy and being condescending. I would definitely not recommend this bank. I would even suggest to not use thier ATM, which by the way they charge $3.50 to use, be as well.

Everytime I enter I'm greeted with a smile. All staff members are friendly and efficient. My big shoutout is to Sheila! She has been there from the very start of my account and always goes above and beyond for me when I need assistance.
