I've been shopping at Ballard Stop for over 4 years. The help has always been pleasant especially the new owners. I'm admiringly impressed with the patience and decency they show to their customers regardless of what journey they are on in life. 10 stars to Ballard Stop!!!

The glasswork they sell here is really bad. I bought a quartz banger for my dab rig and only had used it a few times and it cracked from the heat of the touch. A good quality banger shouldnt do that. I almost had a fire due to the banger I just got from here so I advise people go elsewhere for better quality stuff.

DO NOT BUY PUFF BARS FROM THIS STORE!!! Sad I can't give 0 stars because they have the worst store policy ever when it comes to their disposable vapes. I bought 4 of them this morning for a trip im going on. Opened one today and about 30-40 puffs in it stops working. Not dead just stopped producing smoke. So I call the store to let them know, and you know what they say?! That i was supposed to check them before I left the store. Like????? How the hell does that make any sense?!?! So im supposed to open all 4 vapes and sit there and take 30-40 puffs off of each one to see if the work correctly, all before I leave the store? A store that im not allowed to smoke in?!?!?!? Where is the brains behind that policy? Because it seems like the brains never made it to meeting when that rule was brought up. Went to this store quite often, but now I will never go there again
