Good communication over phone, but the quota was very misleading. It makes it appear that travel time is included. In the end I was charged two times the amount quoted, charging not only travel time but also labor cost for that time.

Great communication leading into our move, the day of they called on time and let us know the arrival time. As soon as they arrived they got to work and were quick and careful with our things.

I wish I had more nice things to say about our experience. On the positive side, the actual movers were very friendly and kind, but the quality of the move itself was appalling. The list of things damaged or outright destroyed is so long that I can't list it here. Old Family photo frames from childhood crushed, hardwood bed gouged, drafting table cord ripped out, drum kit pieces missing. The list is long. As one example, they moved the garage fridge while it was full, destroying everything in there. They knew it was full, because I had stocked it with cold drinks for them as it was a hot summer's day. I could have emptied it, but they never asked.
I know the insurance is to cover issues, but the sheer number of items impacted means months later we're still discovering stuff missing/broken (some of which only has sentimental value).
I contacted the company afterwards about the issues, and never heard back. I feel for the movers themselves, because the quote given was not enough time to complete the packing and the move. They hurried so much to finish it in one day that the quality plummeted. Given that they charge by the hour, I still ended up paying 20% more than quoted to cover the delays into the evening.
TLDR; If you're looking for a professional pack and move service and willing to pay for it, keep looking. This is not the company you want.

On the Go was very easy to schedule with and worked with me to reschedule with short notice when we needed to delay a day. The movers were great, efficient and took good care of our things and spaces

This is the best moving company in the area. I have used them twice, and both times, came through in spades. They are efficient and cost-effective. The team of five movers (I wish I remembered their names) arrived on time, were super friendly, followed my instructions perfectly, and had everything completed in 1/2 the originally quoted time. They are my go-to moving company!

Always a pleasure to use On the Go Moving & Storage. Samuel and Jesus helped us - very professional, knowledgeable in how to move heavier furniture, very careful around house surroundings. Great communicators as well! This Team does amazing work! Highly recommend!!
