The chicken sandwich was horrible and under cooked it was full of grease from what looked like the fryer not being hot enough and on-top of that they used all dark meat instead of breast meat. Would definitely not recommend!!

Food is good, but I did not feel that the spice was too spicy. Ate a medium, little heat, no problem. Ate some SODO tenders, it was spicy, but bearable. I saw videos on how people were like cramping etc.. but all I did was sweat. Had the following:

Best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle! Juicy, tender, crispy, and not overly seasoned. They are always so friendly and offer great service. The food is affordable and always good. If you're a fried chicken fan don't pass up this spot.
