Called to ask if they can take a look at my Audi A6 Quattro, the incredible response from the guy was, since those cars are very expensive, that they only work with Rich People (His exact words) can't believe such ignorance exists today, didn't even about year of my car 2019, just simply use those ignorant words. Bad business or who knows maybe they only have Rich people clients LOL in South Park I doubt it. But oh well.

Called to inquire as to how much service would cost for an oil change. They told me they wouldn't do it yet it says on their signs outside that they do oil changes. The person who answered was very rude, and did not help at all. I called back to get more details and the person told me that I was wasting his time. He had not answered my question or helped me at all.Service: Oil change

I went into Southend quality care and talked with Mr R****** the owner. He was going to rent 2 stalls to us. He asked us to bring 500 cash. I took the 500.00 and asked him for a receipt for our taxes. His response was it’s all legal look at my cameras they are recording. 2 days later he wrote up a lease but we decided to not sign it. He had added terms that we had not discussed and I did not agree. He now refuses to return my money. Even though he said the 500 were for the first month rent but we never signed. I asked him for a receipt for the money I gave him but he refuses to give me one. After looking him up on **** I see that he only accepts cash. Also, has scammed multiple customers. (Based off **** and good leg reviews)... Read More

This place is a rip off. Just because he seems friendly and keeps saying "my friend" after everything doesn't mean he isn't overcharging you for simple jobs. Yesterday (March 16th, 2019) I came here to get a diagnostic. Over the phone he said it would take an hour and he would charge 75 bucks, I thought "cool not bad". I brought my car to his shop and after about 15-20 mins he told me I had misfiring on my 3rd cylinder and needed a oil change. I'm thinking to myself "I got that info and more when I went and got my codes read at O'Reilly's for free." Then he goes on to say he needs to do a compression test which will run me about 120 bucks and he wasn't going to be able to do it that day and bring it back monday because "it will take a long time I have to remove the spark plugs and all the coils and cars like this volvo, mercedes, and bmws etc.. are much more difficult" Being ignorant at the time i said "ok ill bring it back monday." The researcher in me just wouldn't let it rest. Today (March 17th, 2019) I looked up the engine compression test not only should this have been included in his "diagnostic" of my car literally this is a job you can do yourself in under 15 mins. With the right tools which I already had the only thing needed was the compression tester which cost me exactly $36.61 from autozone. My husband is doing the compression test and regapping my spark plugs as I write this review. Mind you he is not a mechanic. I will be checking out the the auto shop that the other reviewer left because this place is not worth the time or money they will be charging you. I'm very disappointed he could not be fair or honest with his prices because he is in my neighborhood and I would have been a loyal customer and sent family and friends to him.

This dudes a money hungry no lie! Very lazy and very low quality work! Charged me for a diagnostic ($75) so I thought I was getting a good deal until he hooked that same machine O'Reilly hooked up to my car and gave me the codes for free! And then came back and said he's not sure what wrong with it and that I need to have an pressure check for an additional $120 which was supposed to be included in the diagnostic. So I paid the pig his lousy $75 and left. I should've know something was fishy when he would not accept credit card only cash.
