This place has great left over parts of machines and electronics as well as nick-nacks and a large selection of cups and dishes. High price for clothes however. Outfits cost around 7$+ but are often good quality however I'm not buying a shirt for 17$ used.

Goodwill in Shoreline should be ashamed of themselves. I thought they were some non profit. Don't they get almost everything from donated items. Red Cross gave me a voucher for 50 at goodwill after I lost everything in a fire. This Goodwill refused to accept. Smh. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I understand its a business and that you cant let it all just fly off the shelf, especially when donations are low, but boy (shaking my head) ...All too often I feel they have made the price of an item in or not in its packaging neck and neck to the price they find it for online- (I'm referring to the electronics and general wares items predominantly)And the constantly asking if we are willing to round up on the bill for their workforce program? Could we get some frequent buyer points from ya? Maybe a few bucks off when that handful of great deals add up to over $100-$150?? No, nothing?Hate that I'm essentially foregoing my ability to return an item that doesn't work for me if it doesn't have a tag on it coming up to the register and agreeing to their on-the-spot pricing for it. I've only had one employee insist I can still return it-pretty much guarantees a long, drawn out issue if I try, (so much for the training program)The donating process here is not so great. And its less then a pleasant experience. Contrasting with my donation experiences at the Edmonds location I can definitively say they are doing a few things wrong here in Shoreline. And I'm critical here because I continue to put off making the donations I have right now in the back of my vehicle-for MONTHS, but continue to go on average 2-3 times a month. Now the BEST for LASTThe general vibe of the Shoreline location is a safe and positive one! Staff are always helpful and friendly!! Truly out of oh 7 or so Goodwills in the area, this one has the BEST staff when it comes to customer relations! Sorry Lynnwood-you're a close 2nd place!

I recently shopped at the Shoreline Goodwill. I went to buy an item marked at $9.99 but they said the tag was wrong. They said it was their mistake, I said “please” but they just changed the price anyway! I did not buy the item. Goodwill gets everything for free! And I donate there, but not anymore. I have generally liked the store but this was undeserved and just rough. It was one shove too many.

The CEO Patrick Michaels has a net worth of 5 million dollars. For goodwill to be charging what they do is insane, seriously just steal from here. It's so easy to do and they deserve it for how little they pay their staff and how expensive everything is marked up. I used to not steal from here because the prices were reasonable, but now I just steal because this company has no right charging what it does. wee

Staff are great. This organization needs to work on its pricing system. About half of the items I find in here, especially in the kitchen section, can be purchased new for $1 to $5 more, or for the same price as used, or sometimes even cheaper to purchase brand new.I'll still donate here but I probably won't shop here very much.

Not the cheapest Goodwill around. I've seen unopened, non-returned items at a department store cheaper than some of the prices they have here. On the other hand, I've seen some great deals too. However, you got to really look for them.Ever since they did away with their $1.99 Mondays I find myself going thrift shopping there less and less. The staff helpful and the store is maintained fairly well and it has upbeat music (80-90's) playing in the background.

Really overpriced items, even for GoodWill, and especially on their furniture. The store is well-lit and clean, and the aisles are pretty organized. Large parking area.

Poor customer service. I called to see if they had pet strollers before making the trip from Everett and was told they dont know, they wouldnt look to see, and didnt say why not. Im not sure I would want to shop here considering the courtesy I've been shown.

The manager of this particular store is very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't seem to have a grasp on reality and runs around the store pretending to be a woman dressed in woman face. I don't quite understand why you would hire someone with this kind of mental illness let alone be a store manager unless you're filling some kind of quota. And furthermore I don't appreciate his glaring looks and attitude.
