The pet rooms have a bit of a smell, but the pool and jacuzzi are open 24/7.

Me and my best friend, along with our two dogs were on vacation and got in an accident where the driver running the red light totaled my car. We went to the hospital which was less than a minute away and afterwards were completely stranded without any chance of a rental car or anything until the next day. We decided to look around because we were probably going to be stuck on the street for the night but we found the Comfort Inn. We hadn't planned on any hotels and it wasn't really in our budget but it had been a rough day and it was a Sunday so we thought we would see if they could help us out. We got there and Ashley at the front desk was so sweet and kind and wonderful! She helped us out and found us a room and an added bonus they had free breakfast in the morning which she told us it was really great. This was literally the most wonderful part of our day and we were so thankful to have a beautiful place to stay out of the heat and a super comfortable bed to rest our sore bodies. Ashley you are an amazing caring person and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Stayed 4 days, and they blocked off parking spaces that were never used for no reason. There was not enough parking and we always had to park in another business parking lot. When talked to them about it, there just they were full. No reason for blocking off any parking.

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley is a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel that offers a relaxing stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and plenty of hot coffee. Its location is convenient, with restaurants and a Walmart nearby for any essentials.
What really sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful extras—fresh, hot popcorn in the evening and a large indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, perfect for unwinding. We’d gladly choose this place again!

Stayed here as my last leg of my MCR seattle trip, and it was the best lodging we stayed at hands down. Very reasonable price for board, and very great free breakfast. The location is very easy to get to from the highway, and is very quiet and homey. The people working the front desk were very friendly and polite.
We will return here again when we come back to the spokane area.

Bed are hard and the rooms are small. Rooms are clean but are minimal in amenities(not even a pen). Location is ok and you are able to watch planes take off. Those are all the good things.
As for the rest, I was double charged, and they were rude when asked about the charges. I’m leaving in the morning with them still having over $250 of overcharges on my account still missing. If I could have given a Zero, I would have after dealing with management and leaving with no resolution.
I am to understand that their policy appears to mean that it is ok to overcharge patrons because they can audit later and refund them. That is how management justifies overcharging.
So where the facility is ok, I will not stay here again.

I really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The staff were great. ALL OF THE STAFF!
Instead of the complimentary note pad and pen, there was a post card of Spokane. I filled it out to send to my brother several states away. I took it to the front desk, and they gladly put a stamp on it and sent it out with their outgoing mail. What kind of service is that? The best kind!
I'll use this hotel every time I'm in town.
