I have shopped Goodwill for years……am very disappointed with the valley location lately. I find men’s clothing in the women’s and women’s in the men’s. The sizes are all intermixed, you think you’ve found something nice in your size and it’s not. Clothes are very unorganized.

It’s clean at this location. Workers are nice. My review is for pricing of items. Went to target for a child’s jacket and they were $20-30. Figured I could save going to goodwill. There was a target brand with tags. Oh cool, I should save slightly right? No. It was the same price as new. Showed the guy target app versus their price and they “can’t do anything since it has new tags.” YOU GUYS GET THESE DONATED TO YOU. THEYRE FREE. DOESNT MATTER IF SOMETHING IS NEW WITH TAGS. IT SHOULDNT BE NEW PRICE IF ITS NOT EVEN FROM THE ORIGINAL STORE ?? Robbery.

No games, no blurays, hardly any electronics worth looking at unless you want a VCR. If they didn't sell everything on their auction website maybe they would have something. They did have friendly staff.

The staff who accept donations (unload your car) are always courteous.

Came here to donate a very nice bag of kid’s clothes an employee opened the door to tell me I can’t leave them here and he can’t accept them because I’m 20 minutes past closing time and told me it’s illegal to leave them here and I said ok I’ll donate somewhere else then he wanted to accept the donation after I put it back in the car and was ready to leave again

From a non-clothes shopper's perspective, this place usually doesn't have much to offer. The prices on their electronics is pretty lackluster and I've rarely seen anything interesting, they do however have a bidding site which has some goodies. It is great that they help the homeless and I'd like to see more charitable organizations in the Valley

Goodwill industries is the best place to shop but also the best place to donate. Each donation goes back into programs that help the homeless to be homed and to become independent. So no matter which Goodwill we shop at or Donate to, you know that what you give or buy goes to a great cause.

This is one of the bigger stores I've been in. They have a very large clothing selection. Sporting goods, furniture, electronics etc. Not so much. Decent prices and quality.

Prices are not as high as Value Village down the road, AND their dressing rooms are open! The employees were also very friendly and there was a great selection of clothes and home goods they day I went. I'll be back soon

It was a good experience. However not a lot of kids shoes.. Was looking for a 7yr old child's boot and a 13 yr old child's boot.
