Beth has been helping us with our taxes for 3-4 years. She is informative, thoughtful and thorough. Since having Beth do our taxes we have not had any issues. We will come to Liberty Tax as long Beth is there.

My 2016 taxes were done incorrectly by this office for an estate. When I was notified by the IRS, it took me a huge effort to locate the owner Dave Meyers. Long story short it is 2021 and most of the interest has been paid now by them. There is almost $200 that Dave hasn't paid saying that there was a bond sold that wasn't in the paperwork when I submitted the paperwork for the 2016 taxes. He also had me wait for an invoice at the last from the IRS that I never received, thus

Waited till they were done to say they were charging by the w_2 the total price was outrageous the person filing was not knowledgeable. Called back because they totally forgot muMy 1099 unprofessional makes me worried about my taxes

STAY AWAY!!! My girlfriend (kourtney coleman) made the mistake of going to these guys...the one off of argonne...Anyway, they said she will get over 5k back...long story short...she never got her refund and when she called the office they said they lost her info and dont know where her tax return paperwork is....really?!! Wow. Now they wont answer her calls or get back to her. We are at a loss for words...oh...and apparently will only get a fraction of the original tax return amount that liberty tax told her she would get. We will file with bbb after this post. Just want to let you guys know...stay away!!!!

Maryanne doesn’t keep her appointments or have the courtesy to even call you to let you know she’s not going to make it. To make things worse, the staff at this office talked with her in FRONT of me while on speaker phone where I heard her say she wouldn’t even talk to me. There after, the very unknowledgeable staff were rude and developed an unwarranted attitude problem. I literally did nothing wrong. I made an appointment and showed up. What a JOKE.

Me and my husband have been going to liberty tax for three years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Fantastic staff and an amazing owner.
