Had what I needed in stock. Employees were ad friendly as expected. Got a spare 55g tank kit plus everything we needed. Kit was on-sale so, bonus since this isn't our main display tank.

I brought my puppy into this store to grab a new kennel, and everyone was either smiling, waving, or very informative when I had a question! The store was very clean and more organized than I have seen some other petsmarts. I will be coming back to this store again, whether I have my pup with me or not ?

Hannah, you ROCK! Keenai always looks so handsome, and he is really taking to you. You have a great passion for animals and make us feel so welcome and loved. I was looking for a dewormer for Is my dog. I had an associate help me when I was done checking out and went home. I found out I didn't have the dewormer I needed. I called the store and told them what happened. They told me to come back with my receipt and they would make it good fantastic associates.

I'm giving a low rating for the company their selves. The workers are amazing and doing what they can. The standards set when we consider living things a commodity is deplorable. There needs to be change or they need to not sale living things period. I rescued 8 Bettas who would have died because of the conditions they are kept in, I just had to sign release of liability. If they were kept in better conditions they wouldn't need to be rescued. We as humans need to do better by those creatures that cannot speak for themselves and without revolt, there cannot be revolution!!

Always friendly and helpful staff. If you find a price on the Chewy website for an item they have and it's lower on the site than the in store price, they will match the price in store. Just show them the website showing the item and price difference.

Don't buy fish here!!! I bought 5 Clown Loach that all had ich within a day and died about a week later. Treatment didn't help. They were put in a clean established tank and I have had fish for years, including Loach. This is the first time, I have ever had any problems!

Went for African Dwarf Frogs. The selection was great. The sales reps helped us select a healthy female and had great information on care and feeding. Well return again.

Just adopted a puppy this week at this PetSmart location! Lillia the PetSmart Employee was awesome she helped me while I was waiting for the adoptable dogs to arrive. The Volunteer Kaitlyn was also great!

I am furious with this place right now. My two grandmas (who have owned many animals in the past, who are some of the most loving people I know) went in to adopt a cat and fell in love with one named Squeaky and wanted to know more about her. The employee asked how they feel about declawing cats (before answering any of my grandmas’ questions) and they both said they would not do that. This employee then turned my grandmas away. For absolutely no reason. They were devastated. With this many cats needing homes in Spokane, why on earth were they sent away? Mind you, they lost their kitty awhile back, to old age and natural causes, and were so excited to get a new one.

Lots of cool pet stuff. It's fun and useful to shop here. I have a dog now so I now buy things for the dog instead of my ex wife. Much better selection... I think the employees were starting to wonder what I was buying all the random treats and fish tank cleaner.
