I have paid a lot of money for a package for delivery in two days and it has been almost a month and the package still has not reached its destination.

Overall, not a good experience with them compared to other shipping companies. Awhile ago, I had 2 packages from another company being sent to a UPS Access Point store (because delivery times conflicted with me and my brother's schedule). The secondary package arrived, but the main one got separated for some reason! As to why, I'll never know. Just recently, I had another package that was supposed to be shipped today in the afternoon (which was fine), but it got changed at the last minute to arrive at around 11 am instead. Why?! What the hell for?!! Why can't you just stick to a dedicated time range for delivery??Avoid them ultimately if you want a more reliable shipping company

Thank you! ? To the UPS driver on 16th Ave and poplar st. The person went above and beyond by putting my medication in a plastic bag for it won't get wet. Theses medicine are very delicate. I am grateful for their kindness.

Went on the search for a core tote that got picked up by mistake from my business. Fellow at the desk was super helpful and nice. We didn't find it unfortunately, but suspect it will be delivered tomorrow in a different location as we figured out what happened. Either way, the guy spent a good 20 minutes attempting to locate my missing parcel and I appreciate the effort! - Matt at Autocraft

Recently moved. Amazon, usps and FedX can find the house but not UPS. Called and was told dispatch would call within an hour, that didn’t happen. Mystery remains will I get my package? Driveway clearly marked and signs out front as well.

We paid extra for 2 day shipping on Thursday. UPS said the paperwork we paid 2 day shipping for would arrive Monday 1/29/24. Monday they pushed the delivery to today 1/30/24 it is 3pm and still no delivery. Your company is a joke, no weather, no holiday so what is your excuse? I wish I could give you less than a zero star rating. I have never had an issue like this with The Post Office, FedEx or DHL.

I have had major issues in the past with UPS in Idaho, and now I have received a gift from someone else who had it shipped to Spokane, and there is still problems. The contents of the package were damaged on arrival.

I paid for a very important package to be over night air delivered with Saturday delivery and they did not deliver. Went to the hub and they won't even talk to me. Security just says you will get it Monday. Well since it's a refrigerated semen sample it will be no good Monday besides I'm ovulating today so Monday is too late. That's a 350 dollar sample plus shipping plus Saturday delivery cost and 1800 in this cycles fertility meds all wasted. Not to mention the heartache of a ruined cycle of someone with fertility issues. I'm so unbelievably sad and mad. Customer service just says yes this was our mistake sorry. Sorry does not cut it in this situation.

I was told last Friday an attempt to deliver my packages was made. The supposed attempt was made 2 hours before the estimated time of arrival. The usually pleasant situation of being delivered a package early was HORRIBLE! I didn't even get a single knock on the door or ring of my doorbell. It took a lot of run around just to be guaranteed my packages would be delivered later that same day. I was also told by UPS representatives a supervisor would contact me soon to iron out this situation. One hour later I was called by a very rude supervisor who made it seem as if this issue was all my fault and even went back on the UPS customer service reps GAURANTEE of my packages being delivered to me that same day. Because it was a Friday I was told by this very rude lady I would have to wait until Monday to receive my packages due to UPS not being open on the weekends. This morning (it's Monday) I was informed another attempt was made to deliver my packages. I've/we've been awake and aware both times these supposed attempts were made. I live in a house of 7 people, 5 who are kids so we're always awake at these times (SCHOOL DAYS). Besides rude supervisors, there seems to be no superiors who care to manage their drivers accuracy, honesty or their professionalism. BewareUPDATE: Wow! I just spoke with a UPS supervisor WHO YELLED AT ME. She told me she can see where all (N. SPOKANE) her trucks have been. I could barely get a world out an then she says THIS ISN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And hangs up on me.... Wow.HOW TO SPEAK WITH A ACTUAL HUMAN "UPS" CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:When calling customer service you will only be able to speak with a automated voice. Give a 2/3 word explanation on why your calling. The automated voice will ask you for your tracking number, also if the tracking number starts with (this or that), SAY NO. The automated voice will ask you to enter your tracking number. Mix random numbers, symbols and whatever crazy combo together. After a few times of not understanding you, finally a human will take over the call.Read other reviews. Notice how UPS replies with the same generic comments of care for all their unsatisfied customers. Look how low their reviews are! You would think they would care. I guess when you dont have to do your job, you get to YELL and HANGUP on customers loosing your job isn't a concern.

The call center is full of useless stupid people. They don't listen to you and could careless if it was their fault they didn't deliver your package. So you now have to drive across town to get your package.
