Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are talking about, but I’ve always had good experiences here. The staff is nice, they’re always able to help with my banking needs, and the company as a whole has helped me a lot with loans, credit, and checking. Only complaint is that it gets backed up sometimes, but that will happen at any bank.

This is not a bank its a scam to keep your money and not give you access to it for a week!!!DO NOT USE THIS BANK UNLESS YOU DONT WANT ANY ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY!!!!!They took my payroll check from Bank of America And Nationally owned cleaning company. Wednesday. Said it would be on hold. Few days. I checked my app on Saturday it had cleared.........I've called thier customer service several times e after going in the bank and talking to guy that opened account and branchManager! I've given them all the information they want and its still going to be another 2 days !before I can. Get any cash from Them even saying I want the account closed. I cant do it or get my money

Most incompetent bank or business I’ve ever came across mailed 2 cards to different addresses made me update my address wait 5 days locked out my account after the 5 days made me go online and verify myself wait 2 days never was there a manager to help me always an hour wait time for customer service would refuse to send the money back where it came from and still haven’t received my check it’s been 3 months that me a single parent hasn’t had access to a much needed 400$ dollars I’d sooner give my money to a crack head than this bank. Terrible bank!

Called toll free number about domestic wire transfer, was told to go down to local branch since the amount exceeded my online options. Told I could go today even though it wouldn’t go out until tomorrow, which was fine. Told by tall, slender, short black hair with a fade in his 30’s at Sullivan Branch that he couldn’t do it, has to be the same day and I’d have to set an appointment for the next day. Different than toll free customer service had said. Which isn’t the end of the world, but the banker was arrogant and condescending and suggested I do the online option instead. Which would be four service charges. Wouldn’t allow me to fill out the paperwork and just take care of it for me tomorrow, since I couldn’t come back down. Called another branch when leaving and they said no problem, fill out today and they’d send tomorrow. When I mentioned what the banker at the Sullivan Branch had said, he chuckled and said the other guy probably just didn’t want to do the work. 25 years with US Bank, would expect better service. Was pleased with the other branch, who apparently cares more about their clients. Happened early afternoon the 21st of July.

One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I deposited a check on June 2nd and they put a hold on it. The check was to be made available to me when it cleared, the check cleared a week ago today and still hasn't been put into my account. It is totally unfair that they have the use of my funds for at least a week before I do. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is very poor.

Called and spoke to receipt yesterday and gave my information for a call back from the manager to open up my mobile deposit. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. The office line is unavailable & you cannot even leave a message for this branch. How am I supposed to work with a branch if they can’t even give a call back to address concerns dating back to April 2021.

This branch is my go to when I need to go an actual branch. My only issue with USBank in general is they are a tad slow in updating. For example getting your direct deposit paychecks a day or 2 early. I also have an account with Capital One and I get paid 1-2 days early every time! Other than that I love USBank! This branch in particular.

I have to start by saying I almost never go to this branch because almost every experience I’ve had here has been poor. I frequent the US bank in the safeway in liberty lake and they have always been above and beyond helpful and sweet. The sprayed and sullivan branch tho, not so much. I went to the drive thru to deposit 3 deposits and when I pulled up nobody was around in line, the lady behind the window was frustrated with my number of deposits and the fact that I needed them deposited now. I had a sleeping baby in the car and we’re in a pandemic so didnt think much about it being a issue using the drive thru. She did my deposits and made sure to remind me that if I needed to have more deposits than I need to go into the building. I’ll make sure to avoid this place and it’s merchants and go the extra few miles to the liberty lake branch to see some actual smiling faces and happy people.

Terrible bank. Switching as soon as i can. Only open through drive thru. One window. Appointment only. My card has been frozen for 2 days now. Nothing they can do. Not even there 800 number. Told them i would switch banks if they dont fix it. They told me to go ahead and switch banks. They dont care that i cant use my money! They dont care at all.

US Bank, where customer service isn't even in their vocabulary. It seems as if lately it has become a game to see how far they can push their customers. The lobby isn't open, and their 1 drive through lane is only open 10-2. It's getting harder and harder to justify banking here.
